Modern, clean room. Impressive central atrium and hotel bar. Unfortunately the central atrium can facilitate noise when the bar downstairs is busy and loud. Also, wifi in my room was non-existent, although a LAN cable could be used for my laptop.

We stayed here for a recent trip to GABBA, the Hotel is also only a short walk to bus station which made it very easy to get to the game. Stayed here for 10 days in preparation for an exam. Stayed in a King Suite which was fantastic and the location was central. All the staff were friendly and eager to help. Many comforts and details were addressed early in our stay and overall it was a great place to stay. The only complaint I have is the television in the rooms which were of poor quality and the signal which was analogue. The televisions were also locked so it was near impossible to connect our own devices into the television. C... Read more

Enter off Elizabeth St where you are greeted enthusiastically by the concierge staff. The foyer is actually six levels above via a dedicated lift, with shops, conference rooms and car parks in between. Twenty floors loom above you with the impressive internal atrium -a recipe for vertigo with the glass window lifts. Again, very friendly staff at check in. Pros - reasonable size room (upgraded to deluxe rather than standard) - room recently renovated - king size bed and pillows are nice and comfortable Cons - no window or balcony for any fresh air - TV is unreasonably small - bathroom floor is a different height from the rest of the room, resulting in a sharp ledge that is easy to hurt your feet on - no plug in by the bedside for your phone - which is strange given it was just reno'd - cheap no-name soap in bathroom - bathroom sink is hard to use... Can never fault the Hilton Brisbane. From the concierge to the lobby and even the staff walking around the grounds. Everyone we encounter is always exceptionally polite and go over and above to make us feel welcomed. We booked a night here as a last minute thing as our previous hotel did not meet exceptions, we were very happy to manage to secure a room with zero notice. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean room. Exceptional service, like every time we stay here.

Iconic hotel designed by Harry Seidler. Usual Hilton standards so 5-star facilities. Needs updating in electronic age as in my room no power points at desk height (meaning a crawl under desk to plug in laptops and phone/ tablet). No free WiFi which is out of step with business nowadays. but minor quibbles.

This was one of three hotels we stayed in during our month in Brisbane, and by far it was the least enjoyable.... Firstly, let me commend the gentleman who bring your lugagge to your room when you first arrive. They were a credit to the hotel and were the only ones who provided me with assistance during our stay. The hotel lacked in so many areas and yet has so much potential. The rooms were small and although just two of us and some luggage, it felt as of we were sharing a single room with a... Read more

What attracted us to the hotel was the well known architect and building in Brisbane. What we were pleased with was the renovations, refurbishment and staff. The original design of the building was very well done, but the spaces were kept modern in both aesthetics and in functionality. Very comfortable hotel with a great staff.

Stayed here for one night whilst transiting to Europe. Whilst I have to say that the service here is far and away the best and most personable that I've encountered at any Australian hotel, the overall experience left me quite disappointed. The rooms are comfortable if not dated. The bathroom was pretty good, except for the long strand of hair in the shower. For the record, I'm a man and my days of long hair finished long, long ago. The really disappointing part, and especially for a Diamond ... Read more

I live in Brisbane and travel to the heart of the city here and there, after shopping or catching up with we friends I sometimes just want to have a bit of peace and quiet. The Hilton Hotel has a little bar (Vintaged Bar & Grill) at the reception that serves snacks and drinks. Just to escape and chill out it's great. They also serve delicious high teas, and the red leather seats are so (!) comfy (my wife priced them at about $5k each, otherwise we would have them at our place), and they usually ... Read more

Positives Front desk service was very good. As a Hilton gold I was upgraded to deluxe room 21st floor. Nice bar area and views of city from room. Spacious room. Great breakfast with great service & cheap as gold member. Great latte. Good location. Negatives Slow service at bar. Really dated room with view of weeds and peeling paint. Unfortunately uncomfy bed. Checked in early at 2pm so went for a walk and left bag at reception. Got to room at 3.30 Didn't see bag till 5pm. I think because I ran... Read more

Hilton Brisbane is a business hotel at CBD. 2 entrances one at Elizabeth Street and at the other at Queen Street the popular shopping street in Brisbane. Opposite to David Jones department store. I selected this hotel because it is very convenience to my meetings in the downtown commercial building. There is a car park at the hotel so easy for your business counterpart to meet. Many restaurants around. 10 mins walk to Eagle Pier. But be aware that shops close at 7:00 PM weekday. Majority of ... Read more

This Hilton Hotel is very nicely located; it is within walking distance of the harbor, the botanical garden, the river walk, the beach and multiple restaurants and shops, as well as the stop of the river ferry, which is free. The service and the accommodations are what you should expect of a Hilton hotel and the view of the city is nice from the upper floors; the breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The bar area, however, was also in the first floor, next to the restaurant, was not ver... Read more

I stayed on my reward points. This is a great hotel, if i had paid the normal price, i would say you get what you pay for. Expensive hotel, great staff, lovely breakfast spread, near perfect location, basically an all around good experience.

Stay at the Hilton in Brisbane quite a lot and have finally thought I should write a review. I stay while travelling for business and it is simply perfect. Check in is easy and quick. Tick ! All staff are helpful and friendly. Tick ! Rooms are large, beds comfy, great wi fi. Tick! Serve a sensational omelette. Tick! Boys downstairs get you a taxi in seconds. Tick! What else does a business traveler need. Thank you to all at the Brisbane Hilton!

This is a follow up from my 2015 review FIRST APOLOGIES TO ALL HILTON STAFF you all did well and this is not aimed at your but more HEAD OFFICE! in the past 5 years since I have been staying here things have gently been slipping. I stay in a lot of places for work and don't review them since Iam not paying and its just work. BUT this is a doses. In no particular order somethings they DONT do anymore by default: The turn down service was only for one person even though my wifes stuff and her s... Read more

Clean, moderately appointed rooms provide decent value at a fair price. Pool, spa, and exercise areas are adequate. The staff is well trained and responsive, quick to remedy mistakes or problems if such arise. Two shortcomings we experienced, the first was the morning dining staff and the other the construction in the lower lobby. The breakfast staff seemed to universally be having a bad morning or categorically hate work at the Hilton. We struggled to find anyone offering basic civilitity... Read more

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Brisbane on three different occasions while travelling in Australia, and the staff at this hotel, from the front desk, the restaurant, the concierge, are some of the best employees we have met throughout all of our travels. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just fun to meet and with whom to interact. They made our visit to Brisbane the memorable experience it was. The hotel itself is a modern facility, well appointed, with spacious, very clean a... Read more

The hotel has one of the best locations. Breakfast in the restaurant was great and the restaurant was really busy at other times. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I would definite stay there again.
