"Condos are quite modern, nicely equipped all around. View is absolutely fantastic and positioning is great to shield from constant trade winds. Beach is awesome, perfect for kids, not too crowded comparing to all other nearby places on Palm Beach. It's not hard to find a shade even for late comers at 11am. Pools are great, swim-up bar is nice. Staff is quite friendly overall with some exceptions in the cafe and beach/towel support areas, where they must be way more friendly.
Food in all 3 on-premise locations is quite bad, especially for breakfast, where it reminds me lousy breakfast in cheapo american business hotels. We've had to go to nearby Westin to get much better (and healthier) breakfast variety.
Bathrooms are OK, but water leaks out of the shower big time. Not a big deal, can get used to it.
Overall not a bad place, but food must be drastically improved for me to consider this place again."

"Beautiful condo resort overlooking the ocean with friendly staff and safe environment with close walk to restaurants, water activities, other hotels and on-site gym. Resort could have had cleaner rooms and some cold vs. completely HOT water for the shower. Kitchen facilities were equipped with stove, micro, dishes and utensils which came in handy. Island activities were beautifully handled through on-site concierge along with local menus available to view. Beach/pools/landscaping were impeccably maintained. Food on island is VERY expensive!"

"This One Happy Island is a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient as well as accommodating all our requests. The beach is awesome and the view from our one bedroom was breathtaking. We arrived with a walker and the hotel provided us with a wheel chair and they had accessible locations on the beach for handicap use. The resort offers many beach chairs at the ocean side as well as pool side."

"Our trip was very enjoyable. Our suite was very comfortable and housekeeping kept us in order! The 2 restaurants were very good. The trade winds seems stronger at this resort than at our previous one near the palm beach mall. Sometimes we were sand-blasted now and then. All in all, I would recommend this resort and would go back again."
