The locations is great~steps away from the beach. However, upon arrival, customer service manager Maureen lacks professionalism which made up our minds never to return to this resort again. Here is the letter I sent to the owner of Divi Dutch, Patrick, which I have yet to hear back from at this time: This is our fifth time to Aruba, which we brag to family and friends that this is our favorite island. However, when we were checking in, we received a bill stating that we owed $1900 for "all in... Read more

We just returned from our 2nd trip to Aruba and this time stayed at the Divi Dutch Village. Overall our family had a great time but be aware that they doing renovations in Dutch Village so you'll have some construction sound and obstacles, but overall it did not negatively impact our stay. The room was a nice size and overall was in good shape. The cleaning services did a great job keeping up after us and all the wet towels and sand we brought in each day from our visits to the beach. We recently stayed at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive and when we were down at the Tamarijn visiting, we noticed that there is Renovations going on and they had a large wooden long wall built between the Tamarijn and the Dutch Village. We stayed here a couple times and it used to be open to were able to walk across the road to the Tamarijn and to th beach and bunker bar. Check with this hotel before bookin. May be some inconveniences and noise. Hope this helps.

We really enjoyed the Divi Dutch Village all inclusive resort. The entertainment was great and there were two different shows that you could choose from. Make sure you get a copy of the weeks schedule from the concierge in the the lobby. The food was delicious including the buffet because they always had fresh fish cooked to order. The restaurants were excellent, but you need to make reservations in advance. Every day on our way back to our condo, we would stop at the tiki bar to see what the dr... Read more

This resort was ok for a short stay, if you are not spending a lot of time in the room or on the resort. The room 111 was outdated with paint peeling in the bedroom, mix match cabinets in the kitchen, bath was definitly not for bathing but only showers. The room was big and spacious with the pool right outside the door. The pool was small with a hot tub that was old and did not get hot with broken jets. On the bright side the ocean and beach was also a few steps away. My room was clean with the ... Read more

This is a reasonably-priced hotel, right on the beach. The beach itself is not so great for swimming (due to rocks) but you can walk north 10 minutes & find a nice beach near the fitness club. There were 3 people in our group and we all stayed in different rooms. Luckily I upgraded to the 'Studio Suite' because the two others complained that the 'King Efficiency's were small and pokey. When I reserved the room I requested a "quiet room on the ground floor". I got the ground floor all right, bu... Read more

Perfect. Room was very large, quiet, clean. Friendly staff. Restaurants were great. Very good food. My server/bartender at Mulligans was Sussenne. She is wonderful and a credit to Divi. She has a great personality and excellent knowledge of the resort and the surrounding areas.

Anyone ever have an experience like this? (please excuse the typos) I would like to share with you our experience when we went to Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort in Aruba for our anniversary this past April 9th, 2016. We arrived from the airport at approximately 4 PM to the Divi Village check in and went to the counter. Important to note this was our Anniversary trip back to Divi, where we celebrated our honeymoon last year. Our Anniversary plans were placed through and paid for with Expedia. ... Read more
