Best thing about this hotel is the staff of hard working kind people. From the doorman to the pool bartender and everyone in between were friendly and helpful. We needed the maintenance man every day in our room. We were supposed to have a phone, there was none. When we ask for one so we could make local calls, it would only contact the front desk, and made fax like noise if we left it connected to the phone jack. The toilet needed a plunger every day, and the hair dryer had to be replaced. The... Read more

We had an excellent stay at Brickell Bay! Compared to the astronomical prices of some of the resorts nearby, we were super satisfied with the room price for a pleasant boutique hotel in the central High Rise hotel area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable as well. The staff was especially helpful and welcoming. Myron at the pool bar was so friendly and went to special efforts to assure our drink orders were taken care of. We loved the pool and the pool area wa... Read more

While looking for a place to stay in Aruba we found a good rate at Brickell Bay Beach Club on one of the travel sites for early January 2017. It looked like a great location and just the type of place my spouse and I like to stay. We have nothing against kids, but generally like to stay at places where they aren't at the pool. We don't like the really large places and the reviews were generally good, so we decided to stay here. Overall we were pleased. The employees were friendly and helpful and... Read more

We had booked a getaway with JetBlue to Brickell Bay. It was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. I was traveling with a group of friends in multiple rooms. I was sharing with a friend and told we would need to share a king size bed. My other friends were told that only one room was available and they had booked two. The rooms are small with very poor lighting, and one small window. Granted we were not going to spend a lot of time in the room but the dark and dingy room was not inv... Read more

Staying here currently for New Year's Eve and had to pay prime price because it's the season. Let me be more specific: they let us wait about 20 min on check in and then they were asking 100 deposit for the stay just in case we ruin their room..... The rooms do not have balcony and are overlooking 'scenic trash cans' and a strip mall. Decor is from the 60 and looks very cheap. Room service: had to call three times and wait for one hour to get additional towels for the shower. No turn down servic... Read more

The hotel was ok considering prices and location, it is the best if you want to enjoy all the nightlife of Oranjestad and the best beaches, because is ubicated on Palm Beach zone (the highest hotels area), so definitively this is your best option to keep your budget. The only bad thing is breakfast, very low and poor, but you can pay an extra.

Right across the street from the beach! A boutique hotel with everything you need. Shuttle service (for a small fee) to/from airport, pool, restaurant, timely housekeeping, very friendly staff, and did I mention location? Palm beach at a location that doesn't break the bank. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, casinos, the beach-it is all close by. I will be back!

My husband and I stayed on the Palm Beach for the first time (though we have been to Aruba many times) in August of this year. I have to say, being right in the middle if all the action was amazing! We had a great time eating drinking and shopping and not having to drive anywhere. The hotel was nice - clean and the ac worked. The cleaning staff (Maria Santana thank you for keeping our room sd potless!) were so sweet! And front desk staff Jessica Werleman, Rachel German and their supervisor Elias... Read more
