This is a beautiful hotel on the beach. The Restaurant and bar staff are very friendly. But the downfalls should be considered. All food and drink charges come with a 15% service charge, which the servers say is not shared with them. It doesn't matter whether its the Deli or the restaurant. The hotel brags of all rooms facing the ocean. This is true, however there is a bar and restaurant and trees blocking most of the view if you are lower room. Then this is a timeshare, so your room is not read... Read more

We stayed for a week in the villas in a walk-out room. Ours was a two bedroom, two bath with small kitchen. The beach was only a few feet from our back door. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative was with our waitress who argued with us about our drink orders. The resort offers wifi, which we were able to reach out in the bay.

Everything about the place is great. But!! getting up @ 6:00 a.m. to get a palapa/hutch is ridiculous. For a small amount of money, they should put up a lot of umbrellas. The people are great and very helpful and friendly. The restaurants are just so so.

The setting around the resort was peaceful and very relaxing. The view from our studio was amazing and we were able to watch the sun set nightly. The rooms were clean and user friendly however could use a slight update. The staff was helpful and friendly and the pool and beach areas were never overcrowded like I expected. This made for a great stay and I would return to this resort any time.

We stayed in one of the ground floor studios in the villas for 2 weeks in December. The pool was right outside our sliding glass door. Easy access to everything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Carmen & Nelva the towel ladies. Pearl Lake and the best front desk staff, Avril, Robert & Daniel in recreation always had us laughing. All the pool staff, Ramon, Julio & Julio 2 pool maintenance were always working hard and were always smiling. We will be back in May.

We exchanged our timeshare for a two bedroom, two bath but to our surprised, we got the penthouse. It has the fantastic view of the ocean and the pools. The weather was great, with a few minutes of pop up rain. Only thing we didn't like is the cloudy water. Someone told us it's the time of the year, that in the summer time, the water is very clear. The sand is very white and powdery. As a matter of fact, when there's a big gust of wind, you can feel the sand in your face. The resort itself is v... Read more

Right on the beach, friendly staff, clean and just far enough away from the mega hotels to be relaxing. Limited restaurants on property, but many others within reasonable walking distance or via cab or bus with direct pick up right in front of the hotel.

We had an amazing trip at this resort! It's gorgeous! We loved that it's small enough it's not crowded the beaches and pools were not crowded at all. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our trip without over crowding. It's close to downtowns and about 20 mins from airport. We rented a jeep and it was a easy drive. We plan to come back in March and stay here we enjoyed it that much. The restaurants are also amazing but very slow weight staff. Also, every restaurant in Aruba adds 15% service charge... Read more

First time to Aruba. It is very beautiful but be advised that most people come here to sit on the beach or by the pool and chill, every day. A little too boring for me. I don't mind relaxing by the beach/pool but I can't do it 7 days in a row and most people stay here for weeks. Thank God were met David with De Palm Tours in the main lobby. He recommended things for us to do and we had a blast on the Off Road Safaris to the Natural Pool Adventure. He was also extremely informative on the loca... Read more

We stayed in the beach tower one bedroom suite. It was spacious- bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. We loved the room! Our only issue was the the mattress and pillows could be better. Resort was in a great location- on the southern end of Palm Beach. The pool and beach areas were nice. If you rent a car, there is plenty of free parking. There are 2 restaurants- Pure Ocean and Pure Beach. My boyfriend went to Pure Ocean for breakfast one morning. The food was fair and the...
