This hotel is Four Points by Sheraton max. It has nothing to do with the supposed Sheraton brand. They have nonworking internet meaning you cannot get anything done that requires connectivity. The solution is to send someone to your suite to confirm that the signal is bad and that the Ethernet connection doesn't work. Very bad excuse for Starwood affiliated hotel.

Our check-in was fast and included a complimentary upgrade to club floor for us as Starwood Guest. The front desk was very helpful, especially Maximilliano and Adrian. They were very friendly and very efficient in answering all the queries we had. Manager Adrian even got us some Malbec to welcome us to Argentina - perfect way to start our holiday! Especially when we flew half the globe to get here. The room has a nice layout and spacious. It has got a huge bay window with great view overlooking... Read more

The Sheraton in downtown Mendoza is well located to enjoy this beautiful city. I have stayed there several times, the last one in april 16'. Rooms are comfortable, altough not that big. Breakfast is abundant and service is professional. I had a full body massage in the spa during my last stay, and I'm looking forward to repeat the experience next time I visit Mendoza.

If you get a good rate and wish to stay downtown, this hotel is definitely worth a try. Pedestrian zone is just a block away, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance - and in my eyes Mendoza seemed like a safe place to walk around. Hotel is overall still in good shape, although you do see here and there some signs of aging. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but quality of room service food was more of a hit and miss.

This is a solid business/tourist hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but clean and functional. The public areas are big and the bar is OK (it also serves food). The hotel is also connected to a casino so that caused some tobacco smoke smells throughout the hotel. I had a club level room so we were able to access the lounge which was a convenience. It had snacks and drinks all day with wine at 5PM. It also had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. I would recom... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were delighted with the attention provided by the staff and they had several options for our gluten free diet (im allergic to gluten, not doing it bc its cool). During dinner the chef made sure I had an entry dish, a main course and dessert. For breakfast they had several options, not just the too familiar rice cookies. This hotel renewed my confidence in the Sheraton brand. We had chose to stay at Sheraton Salta last year and had a terrible experience ... Read more

This hotel feels like America, in that the lobby is absolutely gigantic, there is a back sports bar, the rooms are Sheraton-level and the lounge is just fantastic. But, the hotel has these Argentinian touches that are redeeming, too - the glass of wine and casino voucher presented at check-in, the weird gift shop, the pool that didn't have the lights working so it was kinda annoying but fun and sort of sexy, too. It's my second favorite place to stay in 'Doza, after the Park Hyatt. I would l... Read more

The hotel is nice, well located and the amenities are fine (indoor pool, fitness center, spa). But if you are on a business trip or also on a leisure travel and need decent (not high speed) internet, go somewhere else. This hotel advertises to have complimentary standard internet access from the room, but it simly does not work. It took over an hour to connect when I checked in, and it kept disconnecting, and later it stopped working. The solution provided was to to downstairs to the lobby, wher... Read more

The hotel is very well located, the service is really good, and room /facilities are according too expected. Wi fi worked well almost all the time. The gym seems a bit smaller for full capacity and same service in breakfast may result not enough under full capacity situation. But in general terms, II will recommend this hotel, specially for business trips.

I had a 3 night stay at the hotel, which included a lovely view from my room. Wonderful room, wonderful bathroom, great location for a stay in Mendoza... so much of the beautiful city is in walking distance of the hotel. Loved the helpfulness of staff at reception. The team were fantastic with any question or query we had and spoke English elegantly. More hotels should try to find helpful staff who warmly welcome guests as they did at Sheraton Mendoza. I don't understand why the restaurant on ... Read more
