Had room 11. Two bedroom, kitchen, living space. One bedroom is double the other is twin. Curtains includes blackout fabric (a positive). Bathroom - includes bidet. Hot water. Breakfast - adequate. WiFi - meh - feeble actually (unless you're sitting in the lobby). Overall - just adequate. Reception staffing - good

Stayed here last week and it was pretty average. We turned up to find our room hadn't been cleaned after the prior guests had departed and it was late afternoon. I sent some clothing away to be washed and only some of it returned. I complained to the front desk about this and they pretty much just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Cheers guys I hope you enjoy wearing my T Shirts as much as I did.

I stayed here during a week trip to Mendoza. Hotel is average. The big advantage is that it is very well located. Other than that rooms are a little old. It was winter and they have this weird heating system where heating is connected to the boiler (which is individual for each room). Somehow my boiler got turned off and the room was very cold until I complained at reception and they started it.

This might have been a good hotel, but now it's the worst we have visited through 2 months in Latin America visiting more than 14 hotels. No receptionist giving you a welcome or giving you an idea of time for breakfast, map etc.Well, she doesn't speak English!- And there was not anything in the room telling us. Internet that didn't work during the first couple of days. Rooms that were so dirty that you need shoes when you walk around, Poor breakfast (only with artificial "juice"). You can get yo... First of all: the staff was very helpful and friendly (at reception and breakfast room), especially Gustavo was wonderful. My appartment at the first floor was good. I cold cook my special things - this was important for me. Breakfast was not bad. Every day in the afternoon there came a young man who baked the cakes and cookies for breakfast buffet on the next morning. The location ist very good to reach interesting places by a footwalk.
