We spent 4 nights at this centrally located hotel. The rooms are large with two double beds. We only had a view of the light well.the bathroom was well supplied with a nice rain shower. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was quite large and had good choices.the pool area was small but at this time of year it was a bit cold to swim in.It is a short walk from many of the main sites in the city. I would recomm... Read more

Rooms are big enough, but should be a bit refurbished. They age not well. The fitted carpet should really be changed, as it is disgusting. But the rest is clean. Wifi is fast and stable. You have many electric plugs everywhere in the room, which is convenient. Breakfast buffet is ok. But if you want to drink an orange, juice, don't take the one they offer. It's piss. Ask for a real one, but you'll have to pay for it. Special mention for the beds ; they very very good !

This is a very centric hotel with lots of great features. Rooms are spacious and very well furnish with also a big bathroom. Breakfast was very good as well with lots of good options and a nice large buffet. Wifi was quite fast and easy to connect and was included within the rate. There is no parking in the hotel but has a partnership agreement with a relatively close by parking (offering a very good rate for the area). Staff wise, they were friendly and amicable but sometimes the places seeme... Read more

I was here in sept/2015. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The room service was suffered. The room maybe needs to be renewed. The painting in the roof of shower was dropping. If there is something good to say about the hotel is the location, only this and no more.

ok for one night stay. Walking distance to the famous Catedral (don´t miss it) and close to several restaurants (I recommend El Papagayo). The linens of my bed where so smashed that it seemed that someone just sleeped there. Carpets had stains, lacks some maintenance. Wi-fi in the room was VERY slow, difficult to work. Front desk people is very nice. The Meeting Rooms are very good. Continental Breakfast, not exceptional.

I had a large well equipped 12th floor double room. Elevator service was good and speedy to this higher level room. House keeping was prompt, well done but towel service however was intermittent day to day. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful to solve problems and prided themselves on 24-hour guest service. Complementary breakfast was good but not as great as some reviews described it. Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. I had a good stay and rather liked the place. The attentive s... Read more

The location of this hotel is great, as mentioned in the title of this review. The staff at the front desk is very, very friendly and warm, they give you a true feeling that you're welcome as a guest! We've been there for three nights. It was a bit disappointing that the pool on the 8th floor was closed because September is still winter. But, with a temperature of 26 degrees, it doesn't feel like winter! A splash in the pool after a long day of visiting museums would have been more than welcome.... Read more

This hotel is perfect for business trips and also If you went to spend some days in the city. It is located in a central place, some blocks from the principal square, the Cathedral and the most beautiful churchs. The rooms are perfect, confortable and completed. There is a pool in the 8 floor and also gym and healthy zone. The restaurant is good and have a perfect room service. The unique issue that I had was The noise in the night. I was in a room in the front of the hotel, the street is very... Read more

A very good location, near to good restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfy, huge and clean, but the breakfast doesn't have much variety, it's just basic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The only good thing is probably the position, riverside and next to downtown. Room smelly and old. As well as the alleys. Bathroom moldy and smelly. Curtain has holes.. Linen dirty and old. Gym too small and bad equipped. Breakfast poor and low quality. Wifi to weak, frustrating. I had to stay close to the entry door to pickup a good signal. AC was dripping water. Total disaster. Needs lot of improvment.
