All the hotel staff was rude from the beggining to the end of the trip. They charge you money for leaving your bags when you check out and have a late flight. The breakfast is poor and they don't refill once the food is over. Avoid it, if it depends on me i'll never stay on this hotel again!

Hotel location is fantastic, quiet and safe. Suites are well appointed, elegant and comfortable, with living quarters downstairs and bedroom on mezzanine. There is a full bathroom on each floor, a fridge, coffee maker and safe on the lower level. There's free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. There is no elevator but the staff takes care of the luggage. A lovely breakfast room converts into a cozy bar. Best of all is the staff, starting with the General Manager who is very professional, knowledgeabl... Read more

My friend and I stayed here in a loft style suite and loved our stay! The location is great as we love the culture and history of San Telmo, and the room was lovely and comfortable with a very cosy bed. This is very much a design-driven boutique hotel, with rooms that have the bed on a mezzanine platform reached by steep stairs. Our room was quite small with a wardrobe that only fitted about five hanging garments and no drawers at all, so we had to leave our clothes in the suitcase downstairs. The bathroom had not been renovated at all and had dirty cracked tiles and a very basic shower, with mould on the screen. Worst of all, as our room was at the end of an iron walkway, all natural light wa... Read more

I loved this hotel so much I didn't want to leave. It's so cute, and so well designed, every detail is thought through. We probably stayed at the worst room (107), which was in the back and pretty dark, so I can only imagine how great the other rooms are. The high ceilings makes the room feel very spacious. The mirrors in the bathroom make it feel so much bigger and brighter than it is. The bed was extremely comfortable with two different pillows to choose from. The only negative was that the sh...
