We stayed here for 4 nights in December. The hotel is set in a historical building which has been carefully restored. It has 12 rooms, a small reception, a breakfast room and a roof terrace with a fountain (no pool). Plaza de Mayo is 100m away. In the near neighbourhood there are lots of little cafes and an excellent restaurant "Gran parilla del plata" a little further down the road. Our room had two levels and was facing the inner courtyard. It was tastefully decorated combining colonial style w... Read more

I got this great TripAdvisor deal to stay here for a reasonable price. Excellent service, edgy designed and perfectly located in the very heart of San Telmo. Special thanks to the congierge who fixed tickets for the Boca Juniors football match!

If you are looking for something different this is the place. Clean, friendly, historic but with modern twist. This is a recently converted old house which has been sympathetically transformed to a modern urban living space. With mezzanine bedroom level, lots of old wood and modern alluminum, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, lounge, balcony. Big wooden shuttered Windows. On roof a hidden terrace with water and sofa, to give a sunny day or sunset view. Staff very helpful and chatty. Healthy continen... Read more

This boutique hotel nestled in the lively, arty area of San Telmo is delightful. The best rooms are 201 202 as they have balconies onto the street. The bedrooms are in the mezzanine level with bathrooms with showers on both levels. Staff are great as is the decor.

Perfectly located and nice boutique hotel. Extremely nice and helpful bilangual staff. Room could be a bit cleaner though and small bathroom needs attention. Tip of the day; invest in the towels. These were completely worn out and had many stains.

I was recommended this hotel through a friend as a great place to stay in the quirky bohemian district of San Telmo. An old house with tall rooms had been converted In to a very modern hotel. The rooms were split level with a bathroom and lounge on the ground floor and a bedroom bathroom on the second floor. There was a roof garden affording interesting views. Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful

What truly made this hotel experience great was the staff. Every staff member was considerate and extremely helpful, which made us feel like we got the most out of our stay. We had so many questions about where to eat and what to do and the staff were always able to accommodate our questions and often went above and beyond. Even before we arrived, we were able to email the hotel staff and arrange for a car to take us to and from the airport- so convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and hom... Read more

We stayed as part of our honeymoon trip and the hotel was recommended by our tour company. The hotel is a contemporary conversion of a historic house. Design is ok but insertion of mezzanine a into high ceiling rooms make the spaces feel claustrophobic. The only natural daylight (and ventilation!) is from a light-well/internal courtyard, but as we were on the ground floor hardly any daylight made it down to us. Plus the windows looked onto common circulation space so we had to keep curtains sh... Read more

We stay here for a few nights for the convenient location. The rooms were nice with a small lounge, a nice bathroom and a bed upstairs in some sort of loft design. TV and wifi signal were pretty decent although we didn't stay that much in the hotel. The reception staff and night guard were really nice people but their language skills were a little limited. Breakfast could be a little better as well but all around, its an excellent choice to stay if you want to enjoy this part of the city.

First, let me say that I am a seasoned traveler who likes to live better than I do at home, when I travel. I did my research before booking anything. I loved this intimate unique hotel, the charm and quality was above my expectations. There are only 12 suites which explains why it feels so intimate. There is a lovely rooftop terrace that is quite relaxing with a small reflection pool and seating. We stayed in a superior suite, which was on the main floor. The suite is very comfortable and...
