We found this on a booking site, and chose it for its reasonable price and location in Palermo Hollywood. It was a great choice. We arrived hours before check in time, not at all hopeful that our room would be ready, but they happily checked us in. The service throughout our stay was wonderful day, with every encounter pleasant and helpful. When we set out for the Teatro Colón one morning and inquired about a taxi the desk attendant suggested it would be just as easy and far more reasonable... Read more

This was a great boutique hotel for our first days in Buenos Aires. The decor is modern and smart, the staff helpful and friendly, acting as if they were our friends from the moment we arrived. Great location near a subway stop and major streets but far enough away to be quiet. Close to restaurants, and a chic outlet mall. Rooms are spacious, with tons of storage and lots of seating. Bathroom is tight - the could lose the tub and have better space. Lovely rooftop pool and lounge space and a lit... Read more

Overall a nice, comfortable hotel with great staff. Location is excellent, lots of shops and restaurants in the area, in a calmer, quieter neighborhood of Buenos Aires. My room had a street view which was really lovely massive grand bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and great shower. The room itself was spectacular all together really comfortable. The kitchen area was spotless and was lovely to be able to cook meals while staying in the room. Great location! The area is super safe, quiet at night howev... Read more

Overall fantastic experience. I travel nearly every week on business all over the world and Palermo Tower is right up there with the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Great staff - very friendly. I am going to miss Ariadna and Palermo Tower is going to miss her as well. Big rooms for affordable pricing. Very clean and neat. Great part of town. I walked everywhere I needed to go. Great little patio on the back of the hotel where you can enjoy the open air and refreshments.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in April 2016. Such a good choice. I was scheduled for some medical treatments for the 2 week stay and wanted to make sure that I had a comfortable place to rest and sleep for the duration. The advertised pillow top bed was the best bed I have ever slept in. Really. The room was very clean and was cleaned by the room attendants regularly. The sheets were changed even if we did not ask to have them changed. Any extra towels, etc were provided without questio... Read more
