Really loved this hotel soooo much. It is ideally located just right in the city center. You get normally what you get from Novotels in this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, staff was efficient and tne breakfast was a high 4-star quality. The tub was very charming, too.

First impressions of the hotel are good. The check in was smooth (I'd used the Accor app to check in online 24 hours ahead of my arrival) and my key card was ready with a free wifi code. I'd arrived late at night after a 24 hour journey from the Middle East and I just wanted a hot shower and to check my emails before bed (I'll add at this point that you're unable to buy a local SIM card at the airport and my roaming data charge is $15 per MB!!). The hotel failed on both points. The shower was... Read more

We had to raise a complaint every single day of our stay. We did not have hot water and had at least one cold shower every day. The room was too hot and there was no air conditioning - only heating, and the wifi was at best intermittent. When I ask to speak with the manager, repeatedly, I was told you were in a meeting and that you would contact me later. That never happened.

The Novotel Buenos Aires is by far the worse hotel I have ever stay at. The A/C was off, the wifi not working and the bathroom filthy. I would not recommend anyone staying at the hotel. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional. The breakfast (which cost about $15/person) is disgusting. I contacted the front desk about having issues with the A/C, to which a lady at the front seat stated that she had instructions to advise guest who call to "open the windows" since the weather was good en... Very modern. Good value for the price. Minuses include ultra noisy elevators with endless, loud announcements. Shower had some mold and lighting was very harsh in the bathroom, making it difficult to apply make up. No help with suitcases or taxis at the front door. And my door key and lock kept on misbehaving.

This hotel is part of the World-wide ACCOR hotel chain. As the name implies, the décor is European modern. It is located only a short distance from the central Obelisco monument, which means it's within walking distance of the Metro, (subway), and many major tourist attractions. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet which is well worth the additional charge. We were given a room on the back side of the hotel which was extremely quiet. The desk staff were knowledgeable about local tourist att... Read more

Decent hotel. Decent rates. Central location. Decent room. Quiet and comfortable. Decent breakfast, all self-serve. Modern look and feel. Good lighting and work space. Nice shower. I didn't have any issues with the WiFi in my interior room, although my travel companions did complain about being dropped continually. My only complaint is that there is no individual control of the the thermostat. Rooms on the sunny side are hot, and rooms on the shady side are cold. If the central HVAC system is co... Read more

I stayed here 6 days during my business trip. Hotel was recommended by my customer. NOVOTEL has always been one of my choices when I travel therefore I had no problem with the selection. Hotel is well located right in the theater district, as well as 15 minutes walk to the famous CASA ROSADA and surrounding area. Also close by is my customer's office. Making it perfect location for Business and some sightseeing. The hotel is just like any other NOVOTEL hotel you can find. TV is a bit smaller th... Read more

Located in Corrientes Ave where all theaters are located, lots of restaurants, open late most of them. Great area for staying if your business brings you to the downtown area and at the same time you want some leisure time. Hotel is clean, staff specially in the restaurant very nice and helpful, breakfast buffet very decent.

The location is excellent if you have business in the heart of Buenos Aires or you want to go to the Teather district, it is right on. The hotel room looks old and the maintenance is poor, scratches in the walls, burned led lamps give a dark feeling to the room. The smell in the corridors is not very nice, carpets look old and smelly.

Rooms are very good and spacious enough for business travel. staff is friendly and more less the same so they recognize you & service is also good. 2 things which i had informed in the last stay and they still haven't improvised is the breakfast options are select few for vegetarian no hash browns or ready to eat sandwich. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are really nice l and the staff are very friendly, however the Internet is horrible, no internet in the room, do not believe them if they claim otherwise, also we were there for business and booked a large group, and that was a mess, half the reservations were lost, credit cards charged randomly... Bottom line if you are going alone or a couple and looking for a comfortable hotel with nice rooms, go for it. Businesses stay away from it

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms what you would expect at a Novotel. The hotel is situated in the thetare district, 10 minute walk to the BA Obelisk, 30 minute to the Pink Palace (where Eva Peron spoke to the people on the balcony). Breakfast is standard, warm food options (I found the food temperature tepid at best) and cold meats, cheeses, cereals and some pastries and bread options. Unfortunately, the only thing that really annoyed me was the internet. As some other reviewers had stated, th... Read more

Novotel Buenos Aires is located in the heart of the city near theatres, opera etc. There are definitely better neighbourhoods but if you have to stay there it's an option. I had a standard room in the 8th floor. The room was perfectly quiet, the furniture a bit outdated with its dark color but this depends on individual taste. Service was very good, friendly and efficient. Breakfast maximum average. Could have more fresh vegetables and more choice of cereals. Wifi is good in the lobby, not alway... Read more

Stayed for a week on business. Can't give 5 stars due to wifi issues. While my in-room wifi was ok on the 5th floor for my laptop (phone was useless), I had many colleagues who had worse wifi issues in their rooms. Everything else about the hotel is lovely - good breakfast, great location, nice room. Would be 5 stars if the wifi was fixed.

The hotel's location is unbeatable: on a major street and near everything. However, it is a marginal 4 star as the faciltiies are quite basic. The worst part is the shower door is not very well sealed so our bathrooms are often flooded after a shower. We did flag this to the reception a few times but problem not solved. Also, quite noisy as it is facing the main street.

Stayed here for 10 nights whilst on business. The room and en-suite were spacious, modern and clean. I found the staff co-operative and friendly e.g. I was allowed to check in early which was greatly appreciated after the long journey from the UK. A continental buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, there were a few different pastries and fruits available across my stay, enough so that I could try something different on most days. There was also complimentary Wi-Fi, I could access this ... Read more

We stayed for 2 days at the Novotel. We were in room 1211 which overlooked the pool area . The room itself was smallish but very functional. A large walk in shower with separate toilet with bidet set the standard for the room . The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of lighting in the room . The Air conditioning works very well and as we hit a cold spell in Buenos Aires it was very welcoming to have a warm room after a day sightseeing. Novotel is located in a touristy area of Buenos Aires, which is very good if you're a tourist, which was our case. It was the third time around we've been there. This tells you that we enjoy both the location as well as the hotel itself. The room is quite large with all the necessary items for a good stay. great hotel, wonderful staff, reasonable rates. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Stayed here for 3 days in November 2016. Got sick the first day. The staff called a doctor, checked in on us, helped us as much as possible, and let us stay way past check out time on the last day, because we were still under the weather. Pablo at the front desk helped me get medicine from the pharmacy and the market. Everyone was so understanding and kept inquiring about our health

The best thing about tis hotel is its location in the same centre of Buenos AIres on Avenida des Corrientes, just a few blocks from anything in the central BA. It is a standard Novotel which you can find anywhere around the world. Quite a good standard, not very cheap. The bar area was both indoor and outdoor and service was with a smile. Breakfast was good and ate dinner in the restaurant once which was excewllent.
