The room is heaven! Beautiful decoration and VERY clean! Myself and my friend were unhappy with other hotel around the corner our agency booked so we found this hotel we moved straight in. Breakfast buffet is perfect, felt full for the day! Less than 10mins to the shopping which is perfect! Walkable distance of most landmarks in Buenos Aires. The staff are very polite and attention to any query quick! Definitely recommend to anyone. Fee WiFi is plus.

We were here for just one night before travelling on to southern Argentina and this hotel met the requirements. Good location in the city centre for whirlwind sightseeing and easy to walk to all the main sights. Good quality rooms and other facilities. Check in was good and breakfast was fine. One slight snag was that neither the TV nor air-conditioning worked in the room but we were quickly moved to the room next door where everything was fine. Not as expensive as some of the well known cha... Read more

This middle class Hotel with clean and quiet rooms let you reach the main attractions of Buenos Aires in a walking distance. Two minutes to La Florida and down to the Plaza de Mayo opens the view for all historical sites and Shopping facilities. The Roof Bar is a busy place to relax with a Pisco sour or Mojito and prepare for a sumptious Parilla in the nearby Lo Establo. Welcome desk is quite cool and may improve for better and friendlyer Information and Service.

Slightly disappointed by my recent stay - the public areas are the highlight. Bedroom had dirty stained carpet, small bathroom with limited complimentary amenities, no complimentary water etc Staff also were a little cold - didn't make me feel welcome to the city or country. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

My experience at the hotel was nice. The staff are friendly. It is a boutique hotel that puts you in walking distance from lots of tourist offerings in the city. Don't expect everything in the room to be perfect-- mine felt a bit trafficked. But the bed was comfortable, the price was right, and it was clean and still trendy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

On the plus side, the front desk staff at the hotel are fantastic, extremely helpful, and pleasant. Another positive is the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast (which was included with the room rate) was very good and generous. If you are on a business trip, the location of the hotel is also a plus, but if you on vacation, then a downtown location is not that good. On the negative side, the bathroom had a few problems. For example the light would not turn off at high, the do... Read more

i visit Buenos Aires almost monthly, sometimes on business sometimes as a mini break. Whenever I need to be in Centro area I choose this Hotel as it is modern, good staff, clean and has a choice of bars/Restaurants. The location is good and the price is competitive with establishments of far inferior quality. Whenever I need to be in the area for meetings, I will continue to book this place.

The sky bar at this hotel has a patio outside with amazing views. We went at sunset time, but the place was so packed, we got poor service and had no place to sit. It was a good place to start the night before dinner or heading out to enjoy the city.

I spent three nights at the hotel and have no complaints. Great staff and comfortable room. The only thing to keep in mind is applicable to any hotel in the area. It is located in the city centre close to the pedestrian shopping street, Florida Ave. The area has a lot of petty crime. My driver's purse was stolen right out of her car. The day before, I was on the sidewalk in front of the hotel waiting for a day tour and I had a taxi driver pick me up saying he has been sent by the company runni... Read more

Hotel Was nice. One street behind Florida. Very accessible. 20 minutes to Puerto madero for conference. Good access to subway San Martin. Room at level 10 was quiet and nice. Waitress Elizabeth very friendly and helpful. But breakfast was 95 percent similar every day. We stayed for 9 days. 7 days had the same type of egg. Could the style of cooking egg change at least a little bit ? Some days we can bacon chunks but most days muffin like infused with bacon. Very tiring for long stays like mine ... Read more

Near the hotel youcan find good shops for clothes, just a few blocks a wonderful place with "divinas empanadas", and nearby you will find good restaurants to taste a wonderful barbecue. Walking around was safe and we find nice spots.

Having already seen some of the dreadful hotels Buenos Aires had to offer, this was a breath of fresh air. Nicely furnished, spacious rooms and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Location is good for most tourist attractions and the staff are helpful, if not necessarily friendly. Food is good and Wi-Fi is decent. Only downside is that the gym is terrible, not even usable. Just a collection of outdated cardio machines! Otherwise, good though!

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Handy location to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Stayed here for the All Blacks vs Pumas game then came back after Iguazu. Superior room was better. Probably noisy in high season as nightclub on top.

Good location. Plenty of shops and bars nearby, not far to sights. Average room, very business type of hotel. Now the gripe. As in all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to South America the morning scrambled eggs at the buffet were extremely sloppy. No problem, asked for two fried eggs instead. Amazed on leaving the dining room to be asked to sign. Why? Because we had to pay extra. Unbelievable! We stayed in 8 different hotels during our month away and every other one just served us our ch... Read more

After staying in at least 7 hotels over two weeks of our South American trip we were struck with how basic and lacking in service this hotel was. All male staff at reception all with an arrogant attitude. No help with bags when we arrived despite having 5 between us, when my mum asked for an extra suitcase stand as rooms were too small to open two suitcases we were told absolutely not! The view from our room was horrendous, and had the buzzing sound of an extractor all night which you could hear... Read more

Nice lounge and reception; breakfast good enough if hot food is limited; slow to pour coffee - installing a machine would make sense; location is superb - adjacent to city centre; hotel is somewhat dirty and needs a good clean-up; staff are generally very attentive.

Be aware. This is a poor copy of a boutique hotel. Be very aware of booking a Suite on the 12th floor. I arrived after a very long trip, very tired and looking forward to a good nights sleep, so I booked a suite in preference to junior rooms that were available. Upon arrival it was explained that the sky bar would be hosting live music that evening. When I expressly sought confirmation that I would not be troubled by the noise, it was confirmed that it would all be okay. LIE number one. At 8... Read more

The Buenos Aires Pulitzer is located within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the Retiro railway station. It's also close to a pleasant city park. Maipú runs parallel to a main shopping street that's pedestrian, Florída. The hotel was once rather glitzy but is a bit the worse for wear. Reception was efficient and friendly. My room had lots of glitter but clearly needed a renovation although everything was clean. But clean is not the same as unworn. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom ... Read more
