Excellent experience. Always welcoming and helpful with learning new palabras. They also helped me immensely when I back went out and I couldn't walk. Horrible timing but the staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and supportive.

Really stylish boutique hotel, inside and out, on a quiet street close to the Palermo restaurants and bars. Friendly, and nice just to sit in the lounge area enjoying the lovely details. Only issue, no door to the bathroom of our double room, just an open archway.

I was here for an unusual reason. 36 of us came to Buenos Aires from the United States to create some sculptures in a park in collaboraton with our fellow blacksmiths. That means 36 of us, mostly other blacksmiths stayed in this hotel together for 10 days. I think our opinion of the place was unanimous. The hotel was unique and charming with a staff who went out of their way to cater to our comfort. One concierge, Marco, was especially good, carrying our 100lb luggage up several flights of sta... Everything ! The staff was very very nice and always helpful, we even have been upgraded. Even if the local staff don't speak English they still find a way to help you and give you good tips to visit the city. Some of them are French for the fellow French speakers. The decoration of the hotel, they have a unique style! We felt at ease very quickly. The location in a very quiet neighborhood yet not too far from the nice restaurants and bars in Palermo.

I found it by chance on the internet looking for a pleasant sounding place to stay, at a reasonable price, in this fabulous part of Buenos Aires; restaurants, shops etc. all within easy walking distance. How lucky I was. It's the most charming hotel, decorated with enormous taste with its own quaint courtyard open to the sky and a wonderful sun-roof with easy-chairs and parasols. The staff there - Yann and his wife Patricia, Silvina, Mark, Juan and Diego - who all speak English and French as we... Read more

Great little hotel in the Palermo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, on a quiet street in a very safe part of the city. The hotel was immaculate and extremely well decorated inside - both modern and homely at the same time. Our room was one of the cheap ones on the top floor (Room 20) so, as expected, it was small but had good enough storage with good heating and an excellent little bathroom (we loved the smoothed concrete shower in particular). The common areas in the hotel were excellent - a small... Read more

Wow! I cannot express how much I enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel in Buenos Aires. My husband and I stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon and loved the unique feel and beautiful decor. The concierge was also extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great travel and restaurant suggestions. Close to great places to eat and shop. Only negative was that the wifi didn't work in the rooms. Small price to pay though for an awesome stay.

We stayed here July 2016 as the first night of our trip round South America. It was a lovely place to stay, comfortable beds and good showers. Wifi is good in the communal area but it is a shame that there was none in the rooms. It is in a nice location- in the food district on buenos aires- and only a shirt trip on the metro (very cheap) to centro. Specific shoutout to the French guy who worked there, who was incredibly nice and helpful in letting us know how to get around and what he recommend... Read more

I don't know if I was expecting better, but upon seeing the room I was disappointed. Concrete flooring, separate sink-toilet setup, semi-see through curtains and overall dark and dreary. Not to mention it was FREEZING! And that was my initial reaction. I spent three nights and in spite of sad first impression, I ended up enjoying my stay. The staff are super helpful and incredibly knowledgable. They spoke, in addition to Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, English and French. I wouldn't be surpris... Read more
