This was a standard HI Express. Room was quite small, no bar fridge, no coffee or tea etc in room When I called the desk they said I could go to the breakfast area and get my own coffee and tea. I asked for a fridge and was advised they were only for long term stays. We were staying three days. The hotel is a very well located hotel in a safe area a couple of blocks from Florida pedestrian shopping area. Metro stations are nearby.

We chose to stay at this hotel when we ended up in Buenos Aires for a long weekend at the last minute. We chose it because of its excellent proximity to tourist attractions such as the Pink House and the waterfront. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight from the U.S. Even though we were there many hours before "check-in," the staff was very accommodating and got us in a room right away so that we could take a nap before walking to grab lunch and go on a walking tour. The room... Read more

The hotel's primary advantage is its locations. Rooms are clean, though amenities are limited. I had a few issues during my stay and though the staff was slow to respond, they did address every issue to my satisfaction.

The room was great, very large and spacious. The location was only a couple of blocks from the Florida Street shopping area. What was really special though was the friendliness of the front desk staff. They went out of their way to assist me in transportation, tours, shopping, restaurants, etc. I do not speak any Spanish but it did not make a difference with them around.

This hotel is well located, near the Puerto Madero area, at a walking distance form paseo Florida, Casa Rosada many restaurants and shopping places. It is an express hotel so all the services are very practical and quick. The rooms are fresh and new, kept clean every day. The personnel is very attentive, gentle and effective, always eager to support on any issue. The hotel is missing a restaurant for the lunch and dinner. It offers breakfast with very limited options and a fridge with snacks for... Read more

My daughters and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging airport transportation, recommending sites/restaurants, and providing general guidance. The free Wifi and breakfast were great and the gym, with a viewing balcony, were fantastic. Great double queen room overlooking the river/Puerto Madero. We will likely return during our next stay in Buenos Aires!

I am being very generous with a 3/average review. Location seemed good. Staff were friendly. Both positives but the hotel rooms are underwhelming. I do not expect high class from Holiday Inn Express but the standard should be consistent. Room could benefit from some renovation and also a deep clean. On the surface everything appeared in order but when you stay in the room you notice things that are not right. Everything a little dirty. Safe did not work (fixed the next day). * Excellent location - Centro, Retiro, Calle Florida & Puerto Madero. Meters from Avenida Cordoba ans the Buque_bus to Uruguay. And to the train to the "Delta" * Good staff * It may need some re-vamping, re: furniture and carpets. * Excellent x 2: Break-fast!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and found it clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and were able to answer questions and make recommendations for dinner. Lovely view from our 10th floor room. Breakfast was plentiful. Very close to Puerto Madero and within walking distance of Calle Florida, the Pink House, and the obelisk. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Buenos Aires.

Firstable the name is Puerto Madero, so you suppose so be there... true is ar 3 blocks but still its fake publicity. Now the good.... tons of pubs restaurants around a mall is at two blocks. Puerto madero is around 3 blocks. Breakfast is okay. Rooms are clean but old furniture.Big TV, lobby is okay. As IHG gold member you expect any amenity or points or something. Ill come back? Yes..

.....is showing signs of being a bit ran down. I've been staying here for 10 years or so. AC is noisy..., breakfast is VERY basic and of questionable quality. The amenities in the bathroom also vey basic. No refrigerator. No CNN in English language.

I found this to be one of the most overrated hotels in BsAs that I have seen. Location is not terribly convenient for walking. Staff was less than helpful. Food was mediocre and the room was not anything special.

It was a good experience and room was good and clean and coffee break such as good as well but prices for the express services about sandwiches, soft drinks, beers and water was very expensive and my recommendation is to get some products out from the hotel

My wife & I always stay at Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero when we visit Buenos Aires. The location is very convenient to the places we like to visit and the shops and restaurants where we like to go. Our room was wonderful - large screen TV, free internet, and a very nice sofa. The breakfast was very very good and the price was right - free!

Very basic HI Express, if you have ever stayed at the HI El Golf in Santiago you may be disappointed. While the staff is excellent and welcoming, hotel exceptionally clean, you can tell it's an older property that HI have done their best to update where they can. Excellent location of of Av. Leandro and Córdoba access is easy and you don't get stuck in the downtown traffic. Few streets down from the Galleria Pacifico (fantastic shopping) several restaurants near by. The front office was very friendly. They advised me to go to El Mundo Travel Agency. They arranged a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, but the area was a bit crowded. I do not know Spanish..... and I managed to get my needs met easily.

We encountered no problems at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the business office downstairs was all in functional condition, internet was working well, the water was hot, the windows did close properly. We had a room facing the water, which was nice. The breakfast was ok, although breakfasts in this region of the world do get annoying after a while. They can order a taxi for you to the international airport for 500 pesos in cash, or some more pesos (I guess for some fees) if you want to pay... Read more

As regular IHG customers we were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We were allocated an executive king and the room was more akin to a Holiday Inn, rather than an Express. Spacious room, comfortable bed with the shower room split between a dressing area with sink and then conventional bathroom. Hearty breakfast included with the price (again, substantially better than other Holiday Inn Express hotels elsewhere in the world). Friendly reception staff, with good English, who were happy t... As a general rule for the holiday inn express hotels, it's a nice place to stay, the location is good, near to the restaurants area, near to the airport and you can see a small part of this big but beautiful city. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and really helpful. It includes the breakfast which is nice, and has the elemental for a good breakfast. Very clean rooms, accessible.

The hotel is very well located near the most important avenues of downtown. It is walking distance for the restaurants in Puerto Madero. It has clean rooms and quiet floors. It is pretty close Galeria Pacifico Mall which is a place where you will find many famous stores. If you have a day off I suggest pick up a boat called buquebus where the station is pretty close the hotel and spend a day in Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay. Wonderful quiet city.

I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express, since I travel from Uruguay for the weekend. If you travel by Buquebus it is idea since you can walk to the hotel. You are at a walking distance from Puerto Madero and Galerias Pacifico, perfect for a weekend in Buenos Aires. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is perfectly clean, good rooms and breakfast is all right.

Very well located with easy access to Puerto Madero, La Florida and Galerías Pacifico shopping center. With this said, rooms are in the small side. Tight for 2, definitively no space for more, even child. Bathrooms are very, very small, almost no space to even move around. The rooms look "tired" in need of some refreshment. Mattress also need attention. Didn't use the breakfast area in the mornings. Quick mart is convenient. I guess they only have 1 size of room, even with my status, no upgrad... Read more

The hotel is good, rooms very comfortable, good breakfast and great location. The only problem with the hotel is regarding the charges, I had a reservation for $120 per night and they charge $198 during the checkout. I just notes that later and since them I can't in touch with the hotel administration.

Holiday Inn Puerto Madero is my go to hotel in Buenos Aires. Close to the Convention Center, Luna Park, Galerias Pacifico, Florida St, and Puerto Madero. It's a standard Holiday Inn. Service is consistent, internet speed is fast, and it's located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. You can't go wrong here.
