Loved staying here twice in two weeks. Excellent service and very good rooms. The Exec lounge is spacious and well run with fantastic breakfasts and well worth a visit. The hotel is clean, modern, spacious and a great, easy stopping point if you want convinience and service. We took more local options when travelling around Argentina but would happily return to the BA Hilton

I was planning to stay there but didn't...but I went to see the place and an uncle of mine was there and showed me premises. The Hilton BA is close to every kind of restaurant and bar you could ever wish for and Puerto Madero is the safest place in town. Walking around the hotel at night I usually saw police cars and security pretty much everywhere. Very close to the Puente Mujeres is a very cool spot.

Hello Readers, As a HILTON Honnors Gold member who had been through all the tiers of membership levels and who stayed in quite a vast number of facilities of the group in different locations around the world over the past 20+ years, I believe I can give quite a sincere feedback on HILTON standards. Let's first start with the positive which is the location. In Puerto Madero, walking distance to restaurants and if for business it's just within 5-15 minutes taxi depending where your business mee... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the large room size which isn't usually the case for hotels located in large cities. The bed was very comfortable with a ton of pillows - typical of the Hilton brand and one reason we usually book with them. We had a nice walk-in dressing room, large bathroom and we appreciated having a refrigerator for beverages and leftovers from dinner. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. It is that time of the year in BAires when upgrading commences. The lobby -yet again-is being remodelled with the normal noise/dust associated with such workings. The Executive Lounge has been moved to 9th Floor---they really must upgrade the food relative to Sheraton which is far superior in this area. My Suite had a wonderful scenic aspect of the city/marina. Pool is closed. Staff generally were welcoming

The location was within walking distance to Casa Rosada and you could also get to Florida Street. The room was clean and spacious. I have stayed at this property many times . While the location is fantastic . The front desk staff is very unfriendly ; they never recognize my gold level and always try to give me a lower floor room . It's like pulling teeth trying to get better service out of them . They feel they are doing you a favor . I always have to ask for MOD just to get a room on Ex level floor .

W stayed here for 2 weeks. Nice hotel. Clean large rooms. Excellent business lounge with very friendly staff. Overall had a great stay here. It is a large very busy hotel. Steam room and Sauna that could use a renovation. also Sauna amateurs do not use the towel correctly to prevent sweating on the wood. They rather wrap themselves, hope you will do it better. Good business hotel in an excellent location. Clean and efficient but lacks any character which is I suppose one would expect from a big chain hotel. I also thought that a few small essentials were missing. There was a bath but no bath salts or bubbles. No slippers or robes or beauty essentials such as cotton buds. Not a big deal but a bit odd. Breakfast is OK but nothing to write home about. Have to pay extra for wi fi in the room. A bit cheap especially given the rate.

We chose to book with Hilton as we believed that an international group of hotels would have the same standards globally. Wrong! We booked our disabled room online and received a confirmation to that effect. To cut a long story short, Hilton Buenos Aires does not have disabled rooms. They also hailed a taxi for us each time we left the hotel. There was an atm inside the hotel which was such a perk! A gift shop with magnets and postcards was onsite as well. This Hilton in Puerto Madero is impressive. The center of the hotel is tastefully decorated and the elevators are really good. The room is comfortable. A company event was the purpose of my stay at this hotel on two occasions in the last couple of months. The first time I stayed at the hotel I was on one of the lower floors. The noise from the open atrium below was bothersome when trying to go to sleep. When I returned the next month, I specifically requested a higher floor in order to avoid the noise. The higher floor helped to some extent. The room service menu is not very extensive and, until I complained, it could take quite some time to re... Read more

I frequently visit this hotel on business . However the staff refuse to give any hilton gold benefits i.e. Lounge access . The staff is the most unfriendliest, rude and Arrogant of any hotel that I have ever visited . It's almost as if they are doing you a favor by providing you a room and checking you in . I stay there because that's where our company puts us up .

We stayed over 2 weeks at the Hilton Buenos Aires hotel. The staff was friendly and genuinely concerned that our stay was a fantastic stay. As diamond level Hilton members this hotel honored our status by giving us a room upgrade to an absolutely beautiful Executive Suite. Thank you to all the staff members who made our stay memorable.

My husband and I spent a week at this hotel while visiting Buenos Aires last year. This hotel is quite large offering an open concept foyer, lounge, reception area with glass elevators. It's quite lovely. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The walk in closet is great! The restaurant on location offers delicious meals and nice ambiance. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy the rooftop pool however, we did go and have a look at it and wished the weather would warm up so w... Read more

The experience was what one would expect from a 5-star convention hotel: 1. Ample multiple-room setting to accommodate simultaneous plenary, breakout and trade exhibit sessions, 2. Within 1 hour of an international airport, 3. Security, 4. Ease of scheduling and participating in local and regional tourist events for accompanying persons, 5. Excellent service. 6. Excellent food and drink.

Normally I would search out for a place with a bit more character, but this was the host hotel for the conference I was attending and I preferred to be close to the meetings. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. The environment was excellent - modern and clean. Large rooms! Strong wifi signal! Adequate sized fitness gym. Helpful staff (except they don't do currency exchange!!). The location was not too far from where you would want to go sightsee. The best part is the neighborhood felt... Read more

Very good business Hotel in the harbor district. Comfortable and modern Lobby and Business Launch. Rooms are spacious and perfectly equipped. The Hotel restaurant is not a highlight, but not bad either. Good thing is that you will find many fisrt clas steak houses close the the Hotel.

My wife and I visited this hotel for a couple of days during a medical conference which I attended. Anywhere in the world we always look for a Hilton expecting the high quality level of service considering its reputation. At least for this time it was a bad experience for us. Although the hotel is a beautiful building and very well located we ended up having a few unpleasant situations. To numerate a few, room was not ready when we arrived, when finally got there, bathroom was not cleaned up whi... Read more

Great hotel. 0 Perfect location, walking distance to the most nice restaurants located in puerto Madero. Tremendous gym. Nice views from the top roof. Nice and courteous staff. Breakfast is really expensive and quality is over the average.

This is a standard business hotel. The location is not good if you want to walk anywhere well known in BA. It is a long walk or a taxi to recolleta or palermo. The eateries in the area are a bit dull and pricey. San Thelmo is close though. We moved from 2nd to 5th as the street noise was so loud. It did not help. Finally like a lot of Hiltons in the US they rip you off. Almost $300 a night and no breakfast. 15 dollars for a gin and tonic in the bar. The concierge service is however very good.

I loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The conference and meeting rooms were also very good. My only criticism was with the buffets meals served for our group. They lacked variety and while very tasty, it was hard to manage the same food (with slight variations) for five days.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. I had not visited Argentina before and did not know what to expect. The hotel was comfortable, with the quality you would expect from a Hilton. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is close to a multitude of excellent restaurants, easily within walking distance. It is also close to a shopping street (Florida) if you want a 15 minute walk. Short walking distance to some historic sites as well. For areas further out, taxis are relative... Read more

The overall stay was excellent. The only exception was the check-out process. I had to stand in line for half hour to check out. Not acceptable! The check out process was inefficient. For example, after the clerk printed my receipt he had to walk several steps to retrieve the print out, rather than have the printer at his desk. There were not enough people to help with the check-out process

This is the second time I have stayed here in the last year and a half and I highly recommend it (see my earlier review for more detail). It is in a great location, the rooms are very comfortable, and they provide good service. If you're gold status (I have it through my credit card) and they have rooms available, you can get upgraded to the 8th or 9th floors which are the Executive floors which has rooms that are a bit nicer and give you access to the Exec Lounge on the 8th floor. Spent more time here than I would have liked. Rooms are big and if you do not need much all works well. Prices are higher than they should be and higher than better hotels - they take advantage of convention attendees. Enormous convention space. We had banquets on the 5th floor over several days. Bellman would not let us get out of taxi with a couple of boxes in lobby so we had to go to loading dock next to garbage bin and wait 45 minutes before a bellman showed up to help (and only after ... I've been to Buenos Aires many times before and Hilton was by far the worst experience I've had there. I was not treated as a HHonors member at check in, I've been assigned a room that was not ok at all. Only after complaining I've got a reasonable room. I did not feel welcomed and comfortable as a guest.

The hotel is really well located in the middle of Puerto Madero at walking distance from very good restaurants. The room is good, nice size and very clean. Not so many amenities for a Hilton but it was ok. Did not like the breakfast buffet. Few options for the high price charged. We also used the convention center and it was very good service level and facilities. Definatelly is more a hotel for business rather than turism.

Hello, The Hilton Hotel is the perfect hotel for business, meetings and do some lobby. The lobby of lobby of the hotel is comfortable to have a drink and do some business. I guess this hotel in Buenos Aires is ok but not for pleasure. If you have to come to BA to do some business you must choose The Hilton. Maybe the prices are overrated but for sure you will have the best time with your client. Situated in Puerto Madero near the business city life. The restaurant is very good so as the drinks.... Most of the rooms face the lobby. I measured noise peak levels of a little over 70 dB. Totally unacceptable. Additionally, the lobby bar plays music until midnight. On either side of the hotel there is noise: either a busy street or a disco (during weekend). I requested a room away from the lobby and i was given 501 (next to the kitchen!) which wasn't much better at the end. If i had a choice, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Internet wasn't included and didn't work well either (in the bathr... Read more

I have stayed for five nights at the Hilton Puerto Madero on a business conference last November. The hotel is good for events, spacious lobby and nice conference rooms but like every big chain hotel, is also very unpersonal and without any charm. The rooms are big and comfortable but not cosy. Housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo, conditioner and body wash during our entire stay, so we had to request it on day 3. Although very expansive, tall and wide, the hotel lobby is very welcoming. The staff are always polite and most helpful. The small eatery has fresh snacks and ideal quick lunches. The hotel business facilities are well equipped (albeit quite expensive). The room are large and clean. The roof top terrace is ideal for soaking up the sun and views of Puerto Madero.
