Really like this hotel. Location is perfect. Lots of things within walking distance. Wood floors, spacious room small kitchenette, comfy bed, quiet area, great wifi and restaurant. Even has a bidet. One thing missing is a coffee maker.

The hotel was clean. Servers for the breakfast crowd and happy hour were top notch. The neighborhood was good not to far from everything going on. Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were bilingual which helped....

We were booked with a tour in this hotel, just upon arrival of our flight from MAD. The rooms are quite spacious but rather outdated and of course loud towards the streets. Did expect something else hearing the name of the hotel. Cleaning was also not their primary strength, so therefore it was just "ok". The breakfast had quite some choice but I have seen better ones in Argentina.

Second trip to Buenos Aires and my second stay in this central hotel. My last stay was for 8 nights (previous stay was for 9 nights) and the hotel staff were really nice on both occasions. The room was clean and perfectly functional with maid service everyday. Breakfast was included in my deal and was very good serving all you need for a good hearty breakfast. The morning staff in the restaurant area always replenished the buffet and were always smiling. Overall a good hotel in a perfectly centr... Read more

We were there at the end of May 2016 (9 travelers 4 rooms). Staff was friendly, welcoming and the hotel was clean / well kept. Rooms were a good sized. Walking distance from many attractions and great eats. Breakfast at hotel was ok. Taxi service was available right from the front of hotel with ease. We all enjoyed our stay. We used Trip Advisor for most of the top rated restaurant recommendations in the area and never disappointed.

This is a great value hotel. It's a bit like a business hotel actually. We checked in and the staff were really nice. They helped us out with a bit of emergency money exchange so we could pay the taxi. Note - taxis in Buenos Aires don't take credit cards!! We always got a pleasant greeting by the desk and they gave us lots of directions when we asked. Our room was big and clean. It was a bit dated but comfortable. I don't think they should charge for coffee as part of the mini bar. I mean it's ... Read more

It was a nice experience. The location is good. People working there were friendly. I think maybe they can implement some environmental policies like ask for washing sheets. I liked the hotel, really ok.

The hotel itself was generally clean and in an excellent location within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. We walked to Caminito, Recoletta, Palermo and the piers from the hotel. The walk was wonderful as we passed through a wide array of neighborhoods. We could see and feel the changes as we transitioned from one area into the next. If you don't want to walk, an Uber (yes they do have Uber) will cost you under $10 to Caminito probably the furthest area of the three. Cabs are sligh... Read more

I stayed here for two nights and wish I had stayed here for the second part of my trip when I came back to Buenos Aires again as the location was excellent. I ended up leaving some luggage with them while I went off for a few days, and were only too happy to store it and for free! The staff were very obliging and the breakfast was good. I really liked the hotel, it had a homely feel to it and I would definitely stay again. I didn't get to try the pool / sauna as it wasn't open at that time of ... Read more

My group of four arrived early to Buenos Aires for a tour. The Argenta Hotel is a wonderful location with great accommodations. We easily walked to the port to buy tickets for a trip to Sacramento, Uruguay, took an adventure to the Sunday Flea Market and visited the site of Eva Peron's famous speech. The stag was wonderfully helpful.

Aside from the location--only two blocks from Avenida 9 de Julio and its many cafes--the staff is what makes this a great hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 5:45 am after a 10+ hour flight and since check-in was at 3:00 pm, we were eyeing the couches in the lobby when the night clerk said they would never make a client wait for a room if they had one available. By 6:00 am we were in our spacious and very clean room. I definitely recommend the Argenta Hotel.

This place is nice...very centric location...However..no customer care... They love their rules more than the customers ... We arrived early in the morning and were not allowed in our room until after 3pm.. No exceptions!! The morning we were checking out... We were rushed out... No late check out concessions... Not sure if I am spoiled or if I just want to stay in a place that I feel likes me..my business and cares in general... Other than the lack of a "personal tlc touch" the hotel was comfor... Read more

A basic hotel but a great staff, very good included breakfast and wonderful location at a reasonable price. We were also very pleased with the front desk staff. Fluent in English and very helpful. Again, the location is in Centro, within walking of a number of attractions and public transport.

I spent 9 nights in the Argenta Tower Hotel. I found the location (in the Retiro District) to be great for getting around on foot and bus. All the employees are friendly and speak English and Spanish. The room was a single--two single beds, a kitchen nook with a refrigerator, stove top and microwave, a large TV, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel sits next to a church; the church bells ring at various times...but not past 8 pm. There is a small pool on the roof, and a fitness center... Read more

sTower has a great location, right off 9 de Julio, the main avenue in BA. There is always a smiling face that opens the door for you. The staff at the reception is very helpful, but it is easier if you speak Spanish. There is a great breakfast, room service was prompt and good. Enjoy the view from the roof terrace with a glass of wine and you might meet some interesting people.
