I just love this hotel. Great location to the shopping Street, Casa Rosada, San Telmo, Recoleta, etc... all in walking distance...The atmosphere in very french modern European with that charm of 20 ft ceilings, parquet floors and cozy bed. The roof top has an amazing view and breakfast is included and really good. It was my go to hotel for work and play. Great Value!! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located downtown. Only a few blocks from the Obelisk. You can get a meal pretty much until about 2am by walking two blocks. This is more a CBD hotel. It has all the usual amenities but charges you to bring ice to the room which is a little over the top but I guess is reflected in the room charge. Rooms are average sized, clean and include WiFi. The sound insulation is great as you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the being on the main road. I would stay again for the rate I paid.

Essentially a business hotel but great for tourist too because of its central location convenient to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants, mostly within walking distance. Round the corner from the hotel is Calle Florida, a pedestrian shopping mall. Further down 5 minutesâ?? walk away is the square Plaza de Mayo at the end of which is the Casa Rosada (Pink Palace). Across the street from the hotel is the office of the Hop-On Hop-Off bus where the route starts and ends. From the hotel entrance ... Read more

The location is good at daytime, but quite deserted at evening and night. Breakfast is uninspiring at best. No real juices, but artificially flavoured watery drinks. Lukewarm (!) eggs can't be hygienic. The fresh fruit comes out of cans. And so it continues... Service is poor; if you need to iron a shirt, you cannot do it yourself as the hotel doesn't offer neither an iron nor a board. But you can pay for the hotel to do it - for 4 USD per shirt... Come on, any decent hotel should do better! Bew... Read more

Got a Ezeiza taxi from the airport to the hotel, paid in dollars (USD 43.00) since could not get money from the Citibank ATM at the airport (seems to be a common problem with ATMs). The room was OK, modern furniture, very high ceilings and good size bathroom. The breakfast was OK, although the only warm offerings were scrambled eggs and some tiny sausages. The usual cold cuts, yogurt, rolls. Wide selection of different teas. The best part of the breakfast, in my opinion, was the Buenos Aires He... Read more

Very well located hotel for who needs to be at down town, Near Florida, Cafe Tortoni, Galerias Pacifico and 9 de Julio Avenue. I would prefer to be at Palermo or Recoleta, but as in this case I needed to be at down town, I guess it is one of best choices.

Hotel is a very good and clean 4 stars property. Friendly staff Cleanliness was spotless Don´t give it an excellent,as this rating shoul dbe kept for real outstanding properties Free wifi. When I asked for late check out, they gave it to me, as occupancy allowed it. So, overall I can just give positive feed-back I´ll come back

I stayed here for a week and would recommend the location and the restaurant. Front desk service, possibly because of a language barrier, was less than optimal. I asked for directions several times and was given inadequate directions. Having said that, the room was clean and well kept, and the restaurant and room service were very good. They did forget to take our breakfast request off the door the one morning we needed it, but someone ran to the breakfast area and brought up coffee and a br... Read more

This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed in during our holiday in South America. The room was spacious, clean and bright. We were impressed with all the little extra comforts that the room provided such as bath salts for the spa bath, bathrobes and slippers. The couple of small issues we had such as the safe not opening and the leaking shower door were swifty rectified by the friendly staff. We found the service to be great especially when our taxi to the airport didn't show up, the c... Read more

It's ok hotel, but in my opinion definitely doesn't deserve 5* status. You have probably newer hotels with better facilities more developed to nowadays needs. Still, it manages to attract a lot of business travelers, so something it must be doing well.

Location is good (not perfect), close to Obelisk and the Avenue 9 Julio. Friendly staff. The Lobby is small. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is nothing special. Facilities are in basic level. Expensive for 4* stars hotel.

The room was not large even though we were told at the front desk that we had been upgraded to a suite....even the pictures in the hotel brochure indicated that it was a regular room. Our room was on the street side and were assured that the glass was double paned and would eliminate the sound of the streets. It was not double paned and the sounds of the street were quite loud! It was right across the street from the hop on hop off sightseeing bus and this was a convenience. The buffet breakfa... Read more

This has nothing to do with a 5* Hotel except the price. Service is bad and unfriendly, room was shabby and a renovation urgently necessary, bathroom the same, pool area is very small and not enough deck chairs, breakfast is an audacity
