The hotel is very small, but modern and the rooms are nicely sized. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and made to order omelettes. The best feature of the hotel though is the staff, very friendly and most all spoke English which was very helpful.

Very nice place to stay in BA. Competent and extremely helpful people. They really made us want to come back. The rooms a little small but cares when you are so well taken care of. They organized a tango evening for us, provided us with a small buffet on Christmas Eve.... so sweet.

Well priced, awesome helpful staff, clean and great location in palermo. Hotel is mild walking distance from great local leather shopping and small walk from good restaurants and local shops. Quick hip on taxi gets you to the central district

The hotel is very well situated in the Palermo Soho area. The rooms are very comfortable although the cheapest rooms are a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage The breakfast is great and served with a smile, All the staff are very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. We had a problem with checking in our flight, Geronimo on the front desk spent more than 30 mins on the phone sorting it out. The airline had switched airports without notifying us, but for him we would have been a... Read more

This hotel is small, but it is cozy, has great amenities, and is in a great neighborhood. Our room came with a nice balcony that overlooked the pool. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with our stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and most spoke English. The hotel itself is small but very well laid out and beautifully decorated. Upon arriving you have to call on the intercom I order for them to open the door, this was a nice security feature. There is a small check-in area and the dining area with a few tables and a lounge area with a huge tv and comfy couches. Outside there is a pool (heated, I think) and loungers and a bed. The room was small, b... Read more

I am absolutely so glad I booked this hotel. I planned my trip for months in advance. Finally deciding that for my two final nights in the city, I'll stay here, and I'm so glad that I did. Yes it is a smart hotel!!! Very smart. It starts with the entrance.... You would never guess .... It is so cool and safe and very secure. The hotel itself is very boutiquey and small but the room I had was fabulous. When you enter you are just blinded by the beautiful white decor with black accents. a baby ... Read more

We stayed here one night because it was a nice hotel close to aeroparque ( we arrive from Iguazu and traveling next day to El Calafate). It's a small hotel but very beautifully design. The rooms are a bit on the small size but we managed. They give you a tablet to control almost everything in the room, including some lights, when it was time to go to sleep the tablet app wasn't working and we were so tired that we had to sleep with the lights on. In the morning I was able to turn them off but... Read more

Spent on night here and it was great. I found a discount price on Expedia so well worth the $. The rooms are not big but they are all you need. The bed was very comfortable. An iPad controlled everything in the room. Nescafé coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Nice breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be perfectly located in Palermo Soho.
