This was my second time staying at this boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood and lovely hotel setting. The service is outstanding as I injured my knee and the staff were so accommodating with frequent ice bags . The spa area and pool are inside and it was such a welcome relief and oasis. The hotel arranged a fantastic massage after touring all day in the summer heat. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large with all the needed amenities. Great Wifi and The staff could not b... Read more

We stayed in this hotel twice in March and both times we were very pleased with service. The staff is outstanding, they were very helpful accommodating us. There is no coffeemaker in a room, however we were getting hot water any time without charge. Location is good too, we mostly walk or took taxi. Recoleta cemetery is in walking distance. I am light sleeper, but I was able sleep since we were at 5 th floor. The grocery store in front of the hotel was helpful. Many good restaurants in walking ... Read more

It is a nice and charming hotel very well located in Buenos Aires. Very close to downtown and the best neighbourhoods of the town. Rooms are just ok. The main issue has been that at the time of getting a taxi front desk doesn't help you and you must catch one at the street... not very helpful.

I returned from my second stay at The Serena where I found it two years ago: a warm cozy hotel with excellent rooms and a very friendly staff. We were fortunate that our rooms were ready for an early morning arrival. The staff at the Serena are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very nice with great selections of breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt and fresh fruit with wonderful coffee and juices. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and restaurants and all within a few blocks. The... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for business. I had a huge room with all facilities. For sure, since the beginning, you would be impressed by the style and the furniture of the hotel. I found very good food, with high quality and a wide selection both for breakfast and dinner.

In the centre of a very nice area of Buenos Aires, Recoleta. Easy to walk to close by restaurants, the the famous La Recoleta Cemetry, shopping malls close by. They serve a nice breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. It is not a very big hotel and some rooms look into the courtyard of the hotel, so they have no view. Other rooms have street view.
