My husband surprised me with a trip for a little R&R. It turned out to be one of the best vacations ever!! Greeted at the front desk with welcome cocktails. We stayed at a cottage overlooking the water---privacy with a spectacular view! Beaches were quiet and well maintained with service of cocktails on the beach. Lovely infinity pool. After only a day or two, most of the staff greeted us by name. Although ALL the staff were wonderful, over-the-top commendations are deserved by Mr. Gore, ... Read more

We stayed here end of May 2016 as a couple. The accommodation is beautiful and most rooms look out on the stunning turquoise and azure blue of the ocean. However not all do and some look over the very nearby, noisy but relevant, reverse-osmosis plant and its unsavoury murky reservoir. I think had I ended up in one of those rooms I might feel very short changed indeed. The setting for cocobay is mostly wonderful; the wildlife of hummingbirds, mongoose, lizards and colourful birds is abundant... Read more

Just came back from one week at Cocobay resort. It pretty much met all our expectations...the view, rooms, beach and food were as expected: very good. This is couples resort, if you are looking for a party or action, go somewhere else. The beach was as nice as I have ever seen (as nice as Cuba or any other...) The only criticism I would give is that for an all inclusive, you don't get any food of drinks in your room...no room service or drinks in the room. In other resorts or cruises, you get ... Read more

Hands down one of the best vacations we've ever been on. I'm terrible with names, but I left this place on a first name basis with almost the entire staff. Every person was beyond friendly and the Manager O'Neil will ensure nothing but the finest of everything for his guests. Jonathan is the best guy around the resort, but there are several others like Ta'Shawn, Cicely, Kevin.. The list goes on with how many great people there are here. We will certainly be returning.

We just got back from our may 14-21st vacation at Cocobay Resort. We really enjoyed ourselves and I definitely wanted to leave a review. As we were leaving the airport, the resort had arranged for someone to pick us up and shuttle us back to the hotel. We waited almost a good hour before leaving airport and had I known this, I would've just flagged down a taxi myself, because I was ready to get my trip started. If however you want true Caribbean accommodation, fantastic staff, great food ( actually served to you in the evening ) terrific beaches,( drinks served) , and the most relaxed atmosphere possible, then this has got to be one of the best places in the world. I read so many reviews of this place before (and after) booking, and they were spot on. In particular Jermaine, kerri and the chef and lunch were always really pleasant to talk to and couldn't do anymore to help you. The best thing in my opinion about this resort is the food.
