We were a family of 5 traveling in December to the St. James and we stayed for 5 days. This was Our first trip to St. Lucia, and our second trip to a St. James resort. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we recommend this resort to anyone on the fence! The food was very good; much better than any other resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant on the docks is an incredible dinning experience. As a whole, every restaurant has a good variety of traditional tried and true dishes that you know you wi... Read more

This was our second trip to the St James Club and it did not disappoint us. It's beautiful and the staff really put themselves out for you. Nothing is too much trouble. There's a great selection of food, activities and the rooms spacious and clean. Love it!

Nice hotel, quiet place, very good food. The beach at the bay is very quiet and nice. The water is not blue like other places on the island but very pleasant. The service is very good. Many nice and small swimming pools. Don't miss the swimming pool near the spa. Don't take the Barbuda trip. It is expensive, long boat ride (3 hours and people got sick on the boat), nothing to see and do on Barbuda. Bring water. No ATM and almost no place take credit card, so make sure to have sufficient... Read more

15 Years ago we were restricted to dine at Coco's which was ok but both visits since then we have had the freedom to dine at Docksiders, The Rainbow, beach bar and Coco's, not to mention Picolo Mondo (not on all inclusive). Buffet dining whether breakfast, lunch or dinner has a very good choice of styles although I didn't try the goat water which didn't appeal, fried banga mary was however very tasty! Alfred still manages to service both beaches with cold drinks on the hour with a permanent smil... Read more

We paid a hefty fee for all inclusive to find that it was not worth the money. The food was very mediocre, and we ended up leaving the resort quite a bit to find better food and activities leaving us with a very expensive trip. The taxi ride to just Saint Johns and the airport is quite far and costly. Our 4 and 6 year olds had a fun time snorkeling, sailing and playing pool and ping pong. They did not, however, have booster seats or much amenities for children there. There were a lot of guests t... Read more

We have come to SJC for the past several years over Christmas. Sometimes when I see the very few negative reviews people write I really wonder if we have been to the same resort. We stay in a 2 bedroom villa which is smartly decorated and gives all of us lots of space to spread out and three flat screen TVs (important for the children!). This year the villas all got new beds- so comfortable! That's one of the things I love about this place - they keep investing in it. Every year we come back e... Read more

Just back from two weeks at St James Club and exceptionally impressed with the quality of accommodation, standard of food, the attentiveness of all staff within the resort and the whole complex in general. One of those rare occasions where the reality exceeds the detail in the brochure. Our first stay and we are already planning our next visit. Great job St James Club.

Just returned from a eleven night stay at st James's club Antigua, and have to say, if you love the beach you will love it here. The water sport facilities are very good ,and include wind surfing ,Hobie cats , kyaks etc .all free ,and you can take them out almost at leisure. Food at the hotel can vary depending at which restaurant you choose, for example breakfast and lunch is always good at the Garden restaurant but had a couple of dinners there that weren't a great success. The Docksider buffet ... My husband 68, me 55, son 21, and daughter 18 just returned from the St. James. Antigua is beautiful and I liked the St. James Club. The grounds are very well maintained, the 2 BR villa was really spacious, house-keeping was very good, the gym is top-notch, and having the dive shop on site was very convenient (the dive shop people were great). I didn‚??t get to the spa. My biggest complaint is that the food was just very average and played more to British tastes. We didn‚??t like that you ha... Read more

We stayed in a two bedroom house which was exceptional. Fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, two en-suite bedrooms, balcony and path leading directly to the beach. Stunning. We visited all 3 adult pools, we ate in all 4 restaurants and we ate at the beach bar. The variety of food available and quality is of a very high standard. We enjoyed our evenings in the bar with the magician show (very good), Karaoke (very entertaining), games night (great fun and a really good way to get t... Read more
