After purchase, you will receive individual vouchers for each vacation add on purchased. These vouchers must be printed out and brought with you in order to redeem your vacation add on.
The voucher is non-transferrable and has no cash value. A valid photo ID must also be presented when you redeem your voucher.

Please arrange the day and time of your Sweet Caribbean Package at the Spa at time of Check-In. Available exclusively at the following Punta Cana Hotels: Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino, Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Bavaro, Edenh Real Arena and IFA Villas Bavaro Resort & Spa and at the following Puerto Plata Hotels: Riu Bachata, Riu Merengue and Riu Mambo.
Cancellation penalties are as follows: With more than 48 hours notice will result in $20 US per person cancellation fees. From 24 to 48 hours notice will result in 50% penalty of the total amount of services. Same day cancellations will result in 100% cancellation penalties.
