Hot Buffet Dinner: Kauai garden salad served with Na Pali sunrise papaya seed dressing. Teriyaki chicken topped with diced pineapple. Pulehu of beef with sauteed mushrooms & onions in garlic sauce. Kaffir lime & lemon rice pilaf.
