Redemption Instructions
To confirm reservation please contact Wheels 2 Go Miami, Inc. 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour. The phone number for guest to call and the meeting location for the tour will be located in the Post Booking Redemption Instructions after purchase.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • To cancel your reservation, please call 24 hours prior to the rental start date/ time. Any cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a FULL CHARGE. If guests do not show up at their designated reservation time then the money paid is non refundable.
  • Riders must be at least 16 years of age. Renters must be at least 18 years of age with a major credit card and photo ID. Riders 16 or 17 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian. No refunds for any member of your party if you do not meet these criteria.
  • Credit Card will be required for deposit at the time of rental.
  • This activity is not recommended for guests under 5' 2" tall as bikes do not adjust to that height range. Weight capacity is 300 lbs. We recommend that all riders wear a helmet.
  • Closed on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
