Redemption Instructions
After purchase please print out your vouchers and present them to the red vested ticket Chicago Trolley and Double Decker attendants at any of the pick up locations to redeem your tour. Complete pickup location list will also be listed on your vouchers.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Participation is complimentary for children age 2 and younger.
  • Extreme weather conditions (snow or cold) may force route cancellations.
  • Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
  • The tour vehicles will be coming to each stop every 10 - 15 minute during the summer months. The winter months vary depending on weather.
  • Summer season vehicles run until 10:00 PM. with abbreviated stops as part of the City Lights Night Tour.
  • Passengers with Disabilities: It is required that you contact CHICAGO TROLLEY® at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
