Redemption Instructions
You must call Extranomical Adventures at 415-357-0700 (24) hours prior to your tour to confirm departure location and time. Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your pick up time. Guest must print out voucher and present it at the time of pick up from your hotel. The vouchers are proof of purchase. If you are having difficulty viewing your vouchers please contact BookIt.com for assistance.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • San Francisco hotels applicable for hotel pickup is Downtown San Francisco and Fisherman's Wharf area.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to tour date to get a partial refund.
  • Tours can be cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions.
  • Guide gratuity is not included in the price of the tour.
  • Fuel surcharges may apply.
  • Minimum age for tours is 18 months. You are required to provide your own child seat as mandated by the State of California.
  • Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
