After purchase, you must print out the activity voucher and turn it in to the vendor at the time of your tour. There will be no service allowed without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

All vouchers must be redeemed at City Sightseeing`s office at Fisherman`s Wharf, located at 2800 Leavenworth Street, between Beach St. and Jefferson St.
Vouchers may be redeemed at any time (office hours are 8am to 7pm) and tickets for all Hop-on Hop-Off Double Decker Tours are valid for 48 hours from time of first use (not the time of redemption).
Once redeemed for our All Loops Bus tickets, customers get to choose the 3 additional attractions on site and will receive tickets and/or vouchers for the chosen tours and attractions
Once vouchers have been exchanged for tickets, customers may board the Double Decker Bus at any of the designated City Sightseeing stops and get on and off the bus as often as they like for up to 48 hours.
Tours do not operate on Christmas Day
