You must call Extranomical Adventures at 415-357-0700 (24) hours prior to your tour to confirm departure location and time.Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your pick up time. Guest must print out voucher and present it at the time of pick up from your hotel. The vouchers are proof of purchase. If you are having difficulty viewing your vouchers please contact BookIt.com for assistance.

  • San Francisco hotels applicable for hotel pickup is Downtown San Francisco and Fisherman's Wharf area.
  • Meals is not included in price.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to tour date to get a partial refund.
