You are required to contact Girls Who Surf a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date of scheduled activity at (808) 772-4583 to confirm date and time of this activity and to provide the following information.
-Guest Name & Age
-Weight (helps pick out what size board to bring)
-Shoe Size (reef shoes provided)
-Surf experience
-If the student is a child, can they swim? Would they like a Life Jacket/Wetsuit?
