Redemption Instructions
After purchase, please print your Bookit.com voucher and present upon your arrival. There will be no service allowed without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

Please contact SuperShuttle at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your transportation.

For Arrival transportation:
Claim your luggage on the lower level and go to the curb. Contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative wearing either a gold shirt or a blue jacket that says ‘SuperShuttle.' The Guest Service Representative will group you with other passengers and inform you where to board your van.

Although SuperShuttle operates 24 hours a day, curbside attendants may not be available at all times. If you cannot locate an attendant upon your arrival please call SuperShuttle at one of the numbers below in order to arrange your pickup.

For Departure transportation:
You must call 954-764-1700 from Broward or 305-871-2000 from Dade at least 24 hours prior to your departure to make a reservation.

  • This item is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may apply.
  • This Super Shuttle Transfer is only valid for one-way transportation to or from Miami International Airport.

  • Car Seats and Pets While laws vary from state-to-state, we support the strongest safety standard by recommending that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. Additionally, SuperShuttle does not provide child restraint seats. It is the responsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the child restraint system when transporting children.
