Redemption Instructions
After purchasem please review and print your BookIt.com Activity Voucher(s) and present them to the Open Top Sightseeing Representative located at Union Station or at any of the stops along the tour. You may start your tour at anyone of the route stops. Complete list of tour stops and times will be listed on your voucher after purchase. You will exchange your BookIt.com Activity Voucher(s) for your Hop-On, Hop-Off All Loops Tour Ticket. There will be no admission allowed without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • If Cancellation is made 72 Hours prior to your reservation arrival date a full refund will be issued. Anything canceled after 72 Hours is Non-Refundable. Tours are subject to cancellation by Open Top Sightseeing due to unsuitable weather conditions and tour capacities. Full refunds will be issued by BookIt.com for all activities cancelled by tour operators.
  • Please note where you hop-off as there are no marked bus stops signs due to Washington D.C. authority restrictions.
  • A child ticket is available for children aged between 5 and 15 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 4 may travel free of charge if accompanied by a dedicated adult.
  • Open Top Sightseeing is proud to be an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service and Department of Interior, providing the official sightseeing tour of the National Mall.
  • Please Note:The first bus departs at 9:00am buses depart frequently. Last bus is at 5.00pm.
