Please view and print your vouchers to provide to your Explore Curacao Actief Representative. On your schedule activity date, you will be picked up from your hotel or a destination of your choice by the Explore Curacao Actief Representative, where you will then exchange your vouchers for your activity. When the activity is over you will be taken back to your hotel or a destination of your choice. Please call Explore Curacao Actief at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity date to confirm your tour pick up time.

Cruise Guests will be picked up at their dock of berthing: You will be allowed to disembark the ship approximately half an hour after docking. Your guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point. The guide will wait on you if there are any delays and we will adjust the tour to fit the time available. If you are a cruise guest please call Explore Curacao Actief at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity date to receive detailed instructions on how to reach the meeting point and how to recognize your guide. If your cruise ship does not dock at all, we will refund your payment. Cruise passengers will be dropped off at their dock of berthing at least 1 hour before departure of the ship.
