Redemption Instructions
Please print and view your vouchers and provide them to the Flavors of San Juan Guide upon arrival at the tour location. Please call Flavors of San Juan 48 hours prior to your requested tour date, to confirm your tour time and advise of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Flavors of San Juan contact information will be listed on your voucher after purchase. 

On the day of your tour please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your confirmed tour time to the Plaza de Armas Water Fountain in Old San Juan, on the corner of Calle San Jose and Calle San Francisco. This is the tours start. Your guide is will have a lime green umbrella open at the water fountain. Once you have located please provide your BookIt.com vouchers to the guide to redeem your tour service.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Tour is Non-Refundable. Your tour spot is reserved as tours often sell out. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals.
  • It is your responsibility to show up at the right location, on time/ Tours depart promptly at tour time. Guests more than 10 minutes late risk missing the tour and forfeiting a refund. Plan accordingly and arrive early
  • In the extremely rare event that your tour is canceled by the Flavors of San Juan you be able to reschedule your tour, receive credit for a future event, or receive a full refund.
  • Kids ages 5 and under are free, but food is not included.
