If you purchased airport transportation with Best Day Travel, you will receive an invitation to meet with your Best Day representative upon your arrival in the Cancun airport. During that meeting, you will exchange your voucher(s) for Best Day coupons, as well as reconfirm your reservation. If you did not purchase airport transportation, please call the Best Day Travel main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s).

Transportation to the activity location is not included with this activity, EXCEPT for hotels located in the Tulum Zone and downtown Playa del Carmen. For hotels located in Tulum the activity meeting location is at the Dreams Tulum. For hotels located in downtown Playa del Carmen the meeting location is Captain Hook Offices, at Av. 10, between 14th and 16th Av. Transportation will be provided at these locations between 3:45 and 5:50 PM, exact pick up time will be provided by your Best Day Travel Representative.

For all other hotels the activity meeting location is the El Embarcadero de Cancun, ship dock in Playa Linda. The Captain Hook's Pirate Party Dinner Cruise departs daily at 7:00 PM. For this meeting location guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the cruise departure to allow time to check in.
