A full refund without penalty shall be given if cancellation notification is made no later than 31 days prior to your charter departure date, If cancelled 30 to 8 days prior to your private charter departure date a $325 deposit fee will be retained. If cancelled 7 days to 25 hours prior to the private charter departure date only a 50% refund will be refunded, approximately $487.50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the private charter departure date.

All participants are required to fill out and sign a liability release. A full capacity charter is defined as the maximum number of passengers the yacht can carry. 14 passengers, 2 crew and 1 photographer for a total of 17 passengers. Alcohol is available on the yacht as Cayman Luxury Charters has a liquor license to operate a standard bar. We allow alcohol on board with a corkage fee of US$15 per bottle of alcohol or six-pack of beer.
