Tour redemption location is from the Virgin Islands Ecotours' Caneel Bay tour on St. John. Maps and directions to the redemption location will be on your activity voucher.

  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least 48 hours prior to your reservation arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made inside of 48 hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on the time for your scheduled pick up time no refund will be given.
