This snorkeling adventure consists of two guided tours, the first one in the morning will take you to a shallow reef where you will have your first contact with an amazing marine ecosystem for 40 minutes. Afterwards, you will sail further to reach a second and deeper reef with a totally different habitat, for another 40 minutes. Redemption Instructions
If you purchased airport transportation with Best Day Travel, you will receive an invitation to meet with your Best Day representative upon your arrival in the Cancun airport. During that meeting, you will exchange your voucher(s) for Best Day coupons, as well as reconfirm your reservation. If you did not purchase transportation, please call the Best Day Travel main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s).

Transportation for this activity departs daily from your hotel lobby between 9:15 AM and 11:20 AM. Actual departure time will be confirmed with your Best Day Travel Representative. Hotel Transportation is provided from your hotel lobby for all hotels EXCEPT hotels located in Isla Mujeres, Tulum, and downtown Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Transportation is provided from these locations at the specified meeting locations below.

Activity Meeting Locations:
Tulum Hotels: Dreams Tulum Resort
Isla Mujeres Hotels: Oasis America Hotel
Downtown Playa del Carmen Hotels: The Royal in Cancun Resort
Downtown Cancun Hotels: Oasis America Hotel

For all other hotels not in the above zones, transportation will be provided from your hotel lobby. Please contact your Best Day Travel Representative to confirm your pick up time and activity date, and your pick up instructions.

  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours.
