Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm your selected tour date and time with VIP Travel Services. Please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers and present them to the VIP Travel Services Representative located at your hotel upon arrival to make the arrangements for the tour. If you cannot locate the VIP Travel Representative at your hotel you may contact their offices at to make arrangements for your tour, contact information will be listed on your voucher after booking is complete. Hotel transportation is made directly from your hotel between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM in our comfortable 12 or 18-passenger vehicles with experienced drivers and official tour guides. Exact activity pick up time must be confirmed with your VIP Travel Representative at your hotel prior to your tour.

  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your reservation arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time or are a no show, no refund will be issued.
