Redemption Instructions
All La Romana Airport Transfers offered are services of VIP Travel Services. Upon entry into the airport, it will be necessary for you to purchase a tourist card (U$10.00). You will then proceed to immigrations; baggage claim and customs, and then look for the VIP Travel Services counter for your transportation. The VIP Travel Representatives are easy to identify wearing the turquoise shirt with the VIP logo and khaki trousers, usually holding a VIP/Bookit.com welcome sign. Present your voucher to the VIP Travel Services Representative to redeem your transportation services. VIP TRAVEL SERVICES will then escort you to your vehicle.

Each customer will be welcomed with cold bottled water, cold towelette, your VIP Travel Services Hotel Representative's name, time and location to meet with him/her and the representative's phone number should you need any assistance 24/7, during your stay.

IMPORTANT: Along the corridor to the VIP Travel Services transportation desk you may encounter individuals offering their assistance. These individuals and their desks are time share representatives and misrepresent themselves as your transportation provider. They will tell you they are airport employees or VIP Travel Service and perhaps want money to ensure you will follow-up on their extended "free offers". We highly suggest you ignore them and keep walking forward where you will be assisted by a professional VIP Travel Services Representative in the official VIP uniform.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if reservations are canceled at least seventy two (72) hours prior to your reservation arrival date. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72 hours or No shows.
  • Children ages 3 & under are free if they sit in the lap of their parent. If a car seat is required a child transfer service must be purchased. Car seats can be provided at an additional charge of $10 USD per way, payable to your VIP Travel Representative upon arrival. You may bring your own car seat at no additional charge as long as a Child Transfer is purchased. If a car seat is needed please contact BookIt.com at least 72 hours prior to your reservation arrival date so the car seat request can be confirmed with the transportation provider.
