Please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers and present them to the VIP Travel Services Representative located at your hotel upon arrival to make the arrangements for the tour.   • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your reservation activity date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time or are a no show, no refund will be issued.
  • Please Note: Tour is not recommended for people with physical disabilities (not wheelchair accessible), pregnant women or anyone with a serious health condition. Children up to 10 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years or older). Maximum of 2 children per paying adult. Infants 0-3 years are FREE but must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years or over). One infant per adult. Ocean World Day Pass is included in the price of this program.
