Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm your selected tour date and time with VIP Travel Services. Please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers and present them to the VIP Travel Services Representative located at your hotel upon arrival to make the arrangements for the tour. If you cannot locate the VIP Travel Representative at your hotel you may contact their offices at to make arrangements for your tour, contact information will be listed on your voucher after booking is complete. Hotel transportation is made directly from your hotel in vehicles with experienced drivers and official tour guides. Exact activity pick up time must be confirmed with your VIP Travel Representative at your hotel prior to your tour.

  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your reservation activity date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time or are a no show, no refund will be issued.
  • Please Note: Tour is not recommended for people with physical disabilities (not wheelchair accessible), pregnant women or anyone with a serious health condition. Participants should weigh between 60lbs and 260lbs. Children ages 8 to 17, are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
