BookIt.com will confirm your selected tour date and time with HorsePlay Punta Cana. Please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers and present them to the HorsePlay Representative in the lobby of your hotel at the time of pick up. Please contact HorsePlay Punta Cana's offices 48 hours prior to your arrival into the Dominican Republic to make arrangements for your tour and confirm your hotel pick up time. Failure to contact HorsePlay Punta Cana may result in the inability to fulfill you desired time and date of your tour. Contact information will be listed on your voucher after booking is complete.

  • Cancellation Policy: A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your reservation activity date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time or are a no show, no refund will be issued.
  • Please Note: Participates must be 5 years of age or older. Weight maximum for participates is 300 lbs. Tour is not recommended for people with physical disabilities (not wheelchair accessible), pregnant women or anyone with a serious health condition.
