Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm that date you selected at the time of your booking with Fantasy Travel Experts. If you purchased airport transportation with Fantasy Travel/Best Day Travel, you will receive an invitation to meet with your representative upon arrival in the Cozumel Airport to exchange your tour vouchers for Fantasy Travel Tour coupons. At this time your tour pick up time will be confirmed with you by your Fantasy Travel Representative. If you did not purchase airport transportation, please call the Fantasy Travel Experts main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s) for your tour coupons.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours.
  • If you miss the tour because of not being on the time, no refund will be given.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with an existing medical condition.
  • Guests with neck or back injuries are not permitted to participate on this activity.
  • Children must be 5 years old or minimum height 4ft.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult in this program. The adult will accompany the child into the water however will not actively participate in the program.
  • Participants must wear life jackets.
  • Two persons minimum required.
  • Entrance fee to the park is NOT included (US$16 per person).
