Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm the date you selected at the time of your booking with Fury Catamarans. Please call Fury Catamarans 48 hours prior to your reservation arrival date to re-confirm your tour reservation. Transportation is not provided for this activity to the redemption location. However trusted taxi and transfer services are always available to assist.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if reservations are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours or No-shows.
  • Weather Cancellation Policy: Rain is not a reason for the cancellation of a tour but strong winds can cause tours to be canceled by the Cozumel Port Authority. Tours will only be canceled if the port authority close the port or the tour operator considers the weather conditions of the day not appropriate to operator the tour. Guests will be aware of tour cancellation as soon as possible. In the event that your tour is canceled due to weather the tour operator will attempt to re-schedule at your convenience or a full refund can be given by BookIt.com after vacation stay.
  • Children ages 5 & under are free but meals are not included.
  • An additional $2.00 USD Marina Park Fee and an additional $1.00 Dock Fee will be collected per person in cash at the time you board the cruise.
