Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm that date you selected at the time of your booking with Fantasy Travel Experts. If you purchased airport transportation with Fantasy Travel/Best Day Travel, you will receive an invitation to meet with your representative upon arrival in the Cozumel Airport to exchange your tour vouchers for Fantasy Travel Tour coupons. At this time your tour pick up time will be confirmed with you by your Fantasy Travel Representative. If you did not purchase airport transportation, please call the Fantasy Travel Experts main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s) for your tour coupons.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours.
  • If you miss the tour because of not being on the time, no refund will be given.
  • Entrance fee to the Marine Park is not included. (US $2.00 per person)
  • All participants must be at least 12 years of age, able to descend and climb boat ladder(s) for snorkeling activity at sea, swimming proficient, in optimal health conditions and self sufficient.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to participants less than 18 years of age and are served after snorkel activity only.
  • Designated snorkel site may change due to adverse weather conditions.
  • Tour departs from: Main pier in downtown.
