Redemption Instructions
Follow signage to the Will Call Kiosks, located at the entrance of Universal Studios Florida® or Universal’s Islands of Adventure®. At the kiosk machine, you will be required to swipe a credit card matching the Lead Guest’s Name on your confirmation for identification purposes only. (your card will not be charged.) In addition, you will be asked to enter your Bookit.com Confirmation number located above. If the kiosk asks for a phone number, please enter the phone number you provided BookIt.com at the time of your booking. If you require special assistance, you may present valid Photo ID matching the Lead Guest on this confirmation page at any Universal Orlando front gate ticket window to receive your tickets. (Tickets will be reserved in Open Orders under Lead Guest’s Name.) Please note a revised reservation must be picked up at a front gate ticket window.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Same day purchases are not available for redemption until 24 hours after purchase. Not valid for separately ticketed events or venues. Parking is not included. A valid photo ID matching the lead guest name is required. Your matching signature may also be required. Failure to comply may result in refusal to honor this document and tickets may be voided. This document is non-transferable and non-refundable, has no cash value and void if altered or defaced in any way. The reservation associated with this document will be honored only once. Misuse is a criminal offense which may result in confiscation, the voiding of ticket(s) or prosecution.
  • A Base Ticket entitles 1 guest 1 park admission per day to Universal’s Islands of Adventure® OR Universal Studios Florida®. Ticket is valid for the number of days purchased during a 14 consecutive day period which begins and includes first day of use. Multi day tickets include admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® during the same 14 day consecutive calendar day period. First use of the 2 Day PLUS 3rd Day FREE Base Ticket must be used on or before June 17, 2013, to receive full ticket entitlements. Ticket expires in full on June 30, 2013. Unused days will be forfeited.
