Redemption Instructions
Please view and print your vouchers to exchange with your Epic Representative upon pick up at the Los Cabos International Airport. Upon arrival to the SJD Airport and after completely exiting the main terminal exits you will be greeted by a uniformed EPIC Representative wearing a Burgundy style shirt with an EPIC Logo and khaki pants & carrying an EPIC hand sign. The EPIC Representative will then escort you the transportation vehicle and will request the BookIt.com vouchers. You will exchange your BookIt.com Vouchers for an EPIC Departure Voucher that will provide you with your departure pick up time from your hotel lobby.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if transfers are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your reservation arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to reservation arrival date.
  • Children under 3 years of age are free when sitting with parent or guardian. Children 3 years of age or older pay full price when utilizing a children's seat (not provided) or when taking up a transfer seat.
  • Up to two (2) pieces of luggage is allowed per person on shared non-private transfers. Any additional pieces will be charged at US $3.50 per extra piece per way. Golf Clubs US $6.00 and Surf Boards US $15.00 will be charged per piece per way. Additional baggage fees will be charged and collected by your Epic Representative.
  • EPIC Transportation is staffed at the Los Cabos International Airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply contact an EPIC Representative awaiting your arrival at the airport and they will transport you directly or arrange for transportation to your hotel.
  • All of Epic’s professional staff can easily be identified by their uniforms. Their uniforms consist of a burgundy style shirt with an EPIC Logo present on the front with khaki pants and carrying an EPIC hand sign.
