Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm the date and time you selected at the time of your booking with Exotic Rides Mexico. Please contact Exotic Rides Mexico at least 3 days after purchase to reconfirm your reservation activity date and start time. Contact information will be listed on your activity voucher(s) after purchase.

On the day of your activity please go to Exotic Rides Mexico at least 15 minutes prior to your activity start time. Once you have arrived please exchanges your BookIt.com Voucher(s) with the Exotic Rides Mexico Representative for service. You will also be required to provide a valid ID or drivers license and must be wearing closed toe shoes, sandals are not allowed.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is made 72 Hours in advance, prior to your reservation activity date a full refund will be issued. Anything canceled after or within 72 Hours prior to the reservation activity date is Non-Refundable.
  • All Driving Participants must be 15 years of age or older and taller than 4’3” (130 cm) to participant in this activity. Participants must be physically and psychologically fit to perform the selected Activities. Each Participant must a sign a Waiver of Liability before taking part in any Activity; in the case of participants who are younger than 18 years in the Hot Lap program, such waiver must be signed by the participant's representative/parent.
  • The Participant is obliged to strictly follow the safety rules given by Exotic Rides and its staff, including the use of helmet, safety belt and other security equipment.
  • Any Activity may be canceled by Exotic Rides due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the final decision regarding the suitability of the weather conditions vest at Exotic Rides. The case of force majeure shall be defined as any such occasion beyond the control of Exotic Rides which would prevent Exotic Rides from providing the Activity.
  • In case the Activity has to be suspended due to adverse weather conditions or due to force majeure, Exotic Rides will induce all possible efforts to enable the Participant to complete his Activity later in the same day or days following; in case such completion would not be possible due to lack of time, or continuing adverse weather conditions or force majeure a full reimbursement will apply.
  • If the Participant does not show at the venue of the Activity within 15 minutes after the intended start time of the Activity stated in the confirmation of the reservation order, such reservation will be considered as cancelled whereas the Participant is not entitled to any compensation of the payment.
