Redemption Instructions
If you purchased airport transportation with Best Day Travel, you will receive an invitation to meet with your Best Day representative upon your arrival in the Cancun airport. During that meeting, you will exchange your voucher(s) for Best Day coupons, as well as reconfirm your reservation. If you did not purchase transportation, please call the Best Day Travel main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s).

Transportation for this activity departs daily from your hotel lobby between 7:05 and 8:45 AM. Actual departure time will be confirmed with your Best Day Travel Representative. Hotel Transportation is provided from your hotel lobby for all hotels, EXCEPT hotels located Tulum and downtown Playa del Carmen. Transportation is provided from these locations at the specified meeting locations below.

Activity Meeting Locations:
Tulum Hotels: Dreams Tulum Resort
Downtown Playa del Carmen Hotels: City Hall or Plaza Pelícanos

For all other hotels not in the above zones, transportation will be provided from your hotel lobby. Please contact your Best Day Travel Representative to confirm your pick up time and activity date, and your pick up instructions.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours.
  • If you miss the tour because of not being on the time shown on this voucher, no refund will be given.
  • Children under 8 years old may not enter the Park.
  • The minimum height for taking part of zip-lines activity is 1.40 meters and a weight of 40 kilos.
  • These activities are not suitable for heart problems, diabetes, epilepsy, pregnant women, asthma, high blood pressure or claustrophobia.
  • Only persons 16 or older with a valid driver's license may drive. Otherwise, ask an adult to drive and accompany you on the tour.
